This is my diary for today to document, how they abuse me daily through severe harassment, intimidation, voyeurism and even try to slowly kill me through noise:
At precisely 5:39 am, soon after I turned around in bed from left to right, I heard someone open the hallway door and close it. It’s unsure if the individual was going out or going in. But the time ended in the number “39” appearing intentional, as if to mockingly refer to Rule 39 Interim Measure that I am going to apply to the ECHR.
At approximately 9:26 am, immediately upon sitting down on the toilet to urinate (I used the bathroom on the left side of the building), I heard a motorcycle ride past below the window or nearby. But before this, I had just finished defecating and there were no external sounds or anything like that to convey voyeurism, as if to show me some mercy or just to play games. But as soon as I sat back down on the toilet again to urinate, they immediately gave me a hint of voyeurism.
At approximately 12:34 pm, immediately upon habitually leaning myself forward a bit while using the bathroom, I observed a helicopter emerging and flying past the bathroom window. This appeared to occur shortly after I had drafted a letter for sending to lawyers, asking them for representation.
At approximately 18:50 pm, immediately after I put the phone down, I heard a motorcycle accelerate past my residence in the distance. The way the rider accelerated the engine was also in such a way that it prolonged the acceleration for as long as possible until the noise vanished from my hearing. This is how they try to weaken my heart and kill me slowly through noise. Because they did this at the exact moment I laid down, not when I was still sitting up, so that the noise could easily impact my heart. I therefore reasonably believe this is one of the reasons why they illegally install hidden cameras and audio recording devices in every place I live, to analyse the noise level, my location inside the room, what I do, and so on, so that they can precisely plan their attacks and slowly kill me through noise without getting their hands dirty. This is like premeditated murder.
The Aircraft is “drawing a line” right outside my window in Copenhagen, Denmark again, replicating the exact same intimidation technique used in the UK. This happens shortly after I have been working on my letter to send to Danish lawyers asking for representation.
The State Actor Defendants started using vehicles and motorcycles as tools for harassment and surveillance hints very lately, known as “Vehicular Harassment” or “Directed Patrolling.” For example, almost every time I pick something up, put something down, turn around in bed, scratch myself, get up from bed, walk into the kitchen, or sit down on the toilet to use the bathroom, I will immediately hear a car / motorcycle drive past my window. Sometimes, I have even taken some pictures and videos as proof for later investigation, such as to apply for a Norwich Pharmacal Order (NPO) or other forms of Disclosure Orders. But the State Actor Defendants appear unconcerned and continue to use third parties to harass me via various means, suggesting they act with impunity. Using vehicles and motorcycles to convey surveillance is their newfound method. Well, they have used this technique many times before. They just increased the frequency of it.
On 5 June 2026, at 09:07 am, immediately after adding the previous paragraph, I heard the sound of a car horn outside.
They also seem to start targeting my habits in bed as well, for example, whenever I habitually scratch my foot while sleeping, I will immediately hear a car drive past my window. Sometimes, it also accelerates a bit while driving past my window to let me know it’s intentional to convey the message that I am under 24/7 illegal, intrusive surveillance via hidden cameras. This is therefore no longer a case of a breach of privacy and misuse of private information. But it’s a case of extreme torture when they repeatedly let me know that I am being constantly watched via hidden cameras, to make me feel uncomfortable around the clock.
At approximately 1:20 am, on 4 June 2026, after drafting this blog post, I went to bed. I would then hear a vehicle aggressively drive past my window at every single move I made in bed. Even the slightest movements such as moving my head a bit while sleeping, adjusting the pillow a bit. It’s their known modus operandi in which whenever I talk about their specific technique of harassment, they will escalate that exact method to induce anger, provoke and taunt, now that they know this specific tactic is bothering me so much. So they increase its frequency for maximum impact. This is torture hidden in plain sight!
And every single time I shout “Fu** You” while raising my middle finger towards the light bulb in the middle of the room, where I reasonably believe hidden cameras and audio recording devices have been illegally installed, they would immediately send a vehicle to drive past my window, sometimes even intentionally accelerate it a bit at the exact moment they drive past my window to let me know it’s intentional, as if to provoke me further, to express their sadism and control.
This is downright misuse of power and public funds and resources. Because to have people driving past my residence all day & night ready to harass me or to convey surveillance – either knowingly or unknowingly – requires a huge amount of resources to pay them on a daily basis. So, if the payments don’t come directly from their own pockets, which I doubt it, they’re likely to have come from public funds and resources.
At precisely 01:06 am on 5 June 2026, when I was just about to finish adding the previous paragraph, I observed a police vehicle driving slowly past my window without sirens on, as if they knew if they turned the sirens on, I would know it in advance and would run to the window waiting to take pictures of it as evidence. The time symbolically ended in the number 6 again, as if to refer to the violation of my human right article 6 (right to a fair trial) of the ECHR as usual.
The police vehicle also emerged at the exact moment I repeatedly shouted “Fu** You” towards the light bulb every time a car drove past my window, since I knew it’s intentional to provoke me. Because each vehicle immediately drove past my window each time I finished shouting “Fu** You” towards the light bulb. This also strongly suggests that there are also hidden audio recording devices in my room.
I don’t have CCTV installed, which can be very useful for later investigation, so that I may find out who has instructed those cars to drive past my window at night at specific times.
The police cars also often drive past my window, mostly at the exact moment I expose their misconduct – even privately in my legal documents. This is also litigation misconduct and perverting the course of justice. Because everyone who knows the law knows that witness intimidation – whether directly or indirectly – is an act of perverting the course of justice. Driving past someone’s home, particularly at night to make them feel intimidated, is also one of the recognised signs of stalking and harassment. If it’s done by law enforcement, which it is in my case, then it’s also a misuse of power.
At approximately 01:41 am, immediately upon resting my leg on another leg, I heard an individual suddenly converse loudly outside my window – either on the phone or with someone else. As usual, immediately upon looking out the window, the individual was nowhere to be seen. This is how they seem to instruct their harassers to quickly disappear to avoid detection. But I managed to take a picture of a car as evidence. Because this is what they seem to be doing as well by getting a car to immediately emerge and drive past my window at the exact moment I look out of the window, to let me know I am being constantly watched. The same with an individual (s) who would immediately emerge and walk past my window, as soon as I look out the window. Oftentimes, they would also wear known colour signifiers often used in the harassment campaign against me, such as navy blue or army green, to let me know it’s intentional harassment to convey surveillance.
This is the car that suddenly emerged and drove past my window to convey surveillance at the exact moment I looked out the window at approximately 01:41 am, on 5 June 2026. It’s like this every single day, in which I can’t look out the window without seeing a vehicle, a motorcycle, or an individual, that suddenly emerges in sync with my movements to convey constant surveillance to cause me psychiatric injury, knowing I am being constantly watched from all angles to make me feel powerless and trapped.
After publishing this blog post, I went to bed. When I got up in the morning at approximately 8:42 am and went to the bathroom. Immediately upon making a slight movement while using the bathroom, I heard some individuals begin to converse loudly while walking past my window. When I ran out of the bathroom to take pictures of them as evidence, the individuals had already walked past my window, and I only saw their backs just before they disappeared. So I couldn’t take pictures of them anyway. This is how they seem to instruct people to start conversing loudly when they have already walked past my window, while I am using the bathroom to convey surveillance. So, by the time I run out of the bathroom to take pictures of them, they have already gone or are about to disappear.
I then went back to the bathroom to continue to use the bathroom. Immediately upon habitually leaning myself towards a bit while using the bathroom, I heard a car door being slammed shut outside. I then ran out to investigate again and observed a white car parking right in front of my window. See a picture below:
Immediately upon taking pictures of the white car as evidence, a woman also suddenly emerged and walked past my window, holding a pink mobile phone matching the colour of a top my daughter used to wear. This is how they also use the colours that the people I know like wearing to harass me as well, to let me know that they are also stalking and harassing my family and my associates and know everything about them as well, matching a definition of collective harassment and stalking by proxy. This is how they also get individuals to immediately emerge and walk past my window every time I look out the window, to convey surveillance that I am being illegally monitored 24/7 via hidden cameras.This is the white car that the driver apparently slammed the car door shut while I was using the bathroom. When he got into his car, I also observed him wearing a navy blue top, which is one of the main colour signifiers often used in the harassment campaign against me.
Immediately after making my coffee in the kitchen, I observed a silver car pulling up as seen in the photo above. An individual walking next to it also wore a hoodie in army green colour. There’s also a navy blue van driving past, and these two colours are also among the key colour signifiers frequently used in the harassment campaign against me. The number plate is OV10 BDU, also containing “No.10.” It also contains letters “BDU.” My first name Buppha also contains the letters “BU.” The letter “D” in between the letters “BU” also appears to refer to my “daughter” when the word “daughter” also begins with a letter “D.”

Immediately upon typing “No.10” in the previous paragraph, I heard a housemate begin to make some noise in the kitchen near my room. It’s like this almost every time I mention “No.10” or Keir Starmer, as if to make me feel intimidated and to convey constant surveillance via cyberstalking as well.
After taking pictures of the car as evidence, I also observed the aircraft “drawing a line” in the sky right outside my window again.
All in all, they immediately escalated the harassment and the frequency of the surveillance signals after I published this blog post earlier this morning. I just added more information to it regarding the car-door slamming and the aircraft “drawing a line” incidents.
At 10:05 am, immediately after mentioning Keir Starmer in this blog post, I observed another housemate exiting the property and slamming the main door near my room shut. He also wore a gray Adidas hoodie and carried a navy blue backpack, as seen in the image above. Adidas brand, alongside Nike and Puma, has also been consistently used in the harassment campaign against me, including navy blue, red, army green and orange colours, for instance.
There are also 3 things in the photo above (a car and two individuals), forming the number 3 again to symbolically refer to the violation of my human right Article 3 (freedom from torture, inhuman, or degrading treatment) of the ECHR as usual. This is how they also use numbers to symbolically refer to the violations of my human rights. They then use it repeatedly, so I know it’s intentional to refer to the abuses of my human rights – particularly Articles 3, 6 and 8 of the ECHR.
The time also symbolically ends in the number “05,” which can be read as the number “50” in reverse. My claim number also ends in the number “50” (KB-2025-004650). This is how they also appear to use numbers to intimidate.
At 11:06 am, immediately after posting a link to this blog post on LinkedIn, I observed an elderly male housemate exiting the property and slamming the main door shut, as seen in the photo above. He also wore a pair of navy blue shoes. The time also ends in the digit “6” as if to symbolically refer to the violation of my human right Article 6 (right to a fair trial) of the ECHR as usual.This is the definition of “vehicular harassment.”At 11:22 am, immediately after taking screenshots of the previous two images regarding “multiple perpetrators” and “vehicular harassment,” I observed what looked like a mini ambulance or a police vehicle driving past my residence, as seen in the orange circle in the image above. There were 3 items in the photo again.
I believe the hidden cameras might have first been unlawfully installed in my Putney flat in 2013, the year I first moved there, and continued to be illegally installed till the day I moved out in September or August 2024. The hidden cameras, which also recorded audio, had supposedly been installed everywhere inside that flat, even in the bathroom and kitchen, non-consensually observing and recording everything I did in my Putney flat from between 2013 – 2024. That’s more than 10 years already. Possibly the longest sexual abuse via hidden cameras!
Consequently, it’s very disturbing to think how they may have been non-consensually filming me and distributing / live-streaming the illegal footage over the years making lots of profit at my expense without my knowledge or consent. It’s an Abuse in Plain Sight at its finest.
Furthermore, the hidden cameras then appear to be illegally installed in every place I live afterwards as well. Even in my current accommodation despite pending court proceedings.
This is therefore a predatory behaviour and an obsession!
What’s more insidious about this is that they even appear to intentionally want me to know that they have actually been sexually abusing and cybersex trafficking me via hidden cameras for years. Perhaps, to cause me severe distress, humiliation, embarrassment, psychiatric injury, and so on, as unlawful retaliation and victimisation.
The illegal footage also seems to be leaked or sold to various places and entities, including pornographic sites, to allow them to create content and generate substantial profit based on my private life illegally recorded and live-streamed on a daily basis. This is also unjust enrichment.
It therefore may constitute a hate crime or even a crime against humanity when the abuse has been carried out for over 10 years, and possibly by public officials working within law enforcement agencies and/or authorities, and still continues to this day despite pending legal action and injunction application.
They also appear to make it difficult for me as much as possible to stop the sexual abuse and exploitation by preventing me from having legal representation when I have contacted a large number of lawyers, probably 200-300 solicitors so far, and human rights organisations, but no one wants to help me suggesting external influence. This case is therefore a matter of great public interest!
Thus, I may be the only woman in the world who has endured severe abuse on every level for more than a decade, and the abuse even continues with no sign of slowing down regardless.
This was my Putney flat where I lived from between 2013 – 2024, and where hidden cameras was believed to have been installed since 2013 till the day I moved out in 2024. This image was from 2019 when I filmed my second short film in my Putney flat, which I wrote, produced, directed and starred in as well.
Moreover, they also appear to want me to know that they are also sexually abusing my daughter via hidden cameras as well. Particularly, when every attempt to warn her has been met with the alleged evidence tampering, suppression of the truth, manipulation, etc. This raises serious concerns that someone or entity doesn’t want the truth to come out. So, they can continue to sexually abuse and commercially exploit her as well under the noses of everyone. This looks therefore like a double hate crime.
I would never have thought this would happen to me and/or my daughter. Especially not from the people who are in positions of power, not just from a civilian, which makes this case extremely serious and challenging. Particularly when my access to lawyers also appears to have been blocked.
That’s why this case is of great public interest, and that’s why I also want to write a book and make a documentary about it to let the world know what they have done to me, and probably my daughter as well, in plain sight and no one acts.
Consequently, I only shower about once a month now due to credible fear of being non-consensually filmed and distributed or even live-streamed.
This is not just an act of prolonged sexual abuse but also a racist, discriminatory act. Because I believe they continue to sexually exploit and take advantage of me because I’m a Southeast Asian woman living alone. To stay single is also not my choice. Every attempt to establish a relationship with someone wil be sabotaged, as if to isolate me as much as possible to eliminate the help and support I could get as much as they possibly can. It’s like I don’t exist anymore.
The saddest part is that they may be doing the same thing to my daughter as well. Because they keep implying this themselves, as I said earlier.
Plus, they also appear to prevent me from having legal representation, so that they can continue to abuse me, and maybe my daughter as well, under the radar for the rest of our lives!

I have filed a claim in the High Court of England and Wales (The Royal Court of Justice – King’s Bench Division – Claim No. KB-2025-004650) against the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, University of West London, Mark Zuckerberg, Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), Elon Musk, X.com (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and other parties.
The claim further alleges that my original literary and creative works were unlawfully accessed through hacking and disseminated to third parties without my consent, resulting in loss of income, loss of future professional opportunities, and significant psychological harm such as PTSD, severe emotional distress.
Some Defendants deny liability. Through their legal representatives, certain Defendants, including the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, have stated that the allegations are denied and that they intend to defend the claim.
On 19 December 2025, the court stayed the proceedings to permit the filing of amended Particulars of Claim, which I am currently preparing in accordance with the court’s directions.
I am very busy with lots of things at once. Mostly working on this case alone without a solicitor due my access to lawyers appears to have been obstructed. I have to prepare lots of legal paperwork, gather information and evidence, study specific areas of law related to my claim, drafting an injunction application, Particulars of Claim, and many more.
It’s overwhelming when you don’t have legal representation. Especially when this case involves multiple defendants – most of them are large corporations and powerful individuals, residing both inside and outside the UK – making this case an exceptionally high-profile and high-stakes case.
Therefore, this is so wrong when they apparently prevent me from having legal representation, to make it difficult for me as much as possible to challenge their illegal enterprises.
Furthermore, they seem to continue to install hidden cameras and keep giving me hints that they are still unlawfully observing everything I do and disseminating/live-streaming the illegal footage far and wide.
They also appear to cyberstalk me 24/7 and then use the stolen information to harass, intimidate, gain insight into my legal strategies, and share the illegally obtained information to various places to violate my privacy even further as a form of unlawful retaliation and victimisation for trying to assert my rights.
This has caused me severe emotional distress, humiliation and the feeling that my privacy has severely been violated on every level.
Plus, I have to prepare a complex case alone without formal legal training while enduring daily abuse, racial and sexual harassment, intimidation and humiliation since I still live under 24/7 illegal surveillance, knowing that everything has been non-consensually filmed, both with video and audio, and has subsequently been distributed or sold to various places for profit as well.
While I am typing this blog post, at approximately 10:10 am, I hear someone cough outside. This is what they appear to do by cyberstalking me around the clock and then constantly giving me hints via various means, such as someone coughing or conversing loudly nearby, as soon as I type some crucial or sensitive information into my legal documents, especially regarding sexual abuse via hidden cameras. This seems to serve two purposes: To let me know that they are also constantly watching me online via cyberstalking/hacking to make me feel intimidated that they are still illegally monitoring me both online and offline, to demonstrate that nothing in my life is private anymore, and to induce anger by giving me hints at the precise moment I detail the horrific crimes allegedly committed against me. It’s one of their sadistic ways to consistently confirm and remind me of their evil, illegal practices.
This is an extreme form of human rights violations under the ECHR, particularly Article 8: Respect for your private and family life.
Again, at approximately 10:36 am, immediately upon finishing drafting this blog post, I hear some housemates begin to converse loudly right outside my room to mock and confirm their constant monitoring of all my online activities by getting the housemates to do the exact same thing I have just typed in my legal note on my mobile phone. The time contains numbers 3 and 6 again, the numbers often used in the harassment campaign against me, including number 8, to constantly and symbolically refer to their alleged violations of my human rights Article 3 (Freedom from torture and inhuman or degrading treatment), Article 6 (Right to a fair trial) and Article 8 (Respect for your private and family life) under the ECHR.
The hidden surveillance cameras used to monitor me without consent do not merely record my movements visually, but also capture audio, including private conversations, thoughts spoken aloud, moments of distress and in intimate states. These recordings are not kept privately, nor are they isolated breaches. Instead, I believe they have been unlawfully distributed and even broadcast live to various third parties, including pornographic websites, others known to me and to my daughter, and others known to the Defendants.
This exploitation has persisted for years and appears to be commercial in nature, weaponising my privacy, body, and identity for financial gain. The level of cruelty, humiliation, and psychological abuse resulting from this long-term monetised voyeurism is beyond comprehension. The invasion is total — affecting my physical safety, mental health, and ability to function as a normal human being. I believe this form of organised, profit-driven exploitation not only exceeds anything described in comparable witness accounts, but also constitutes a psychological torture, a modern form of enslavement and cybersex trafficking.
Based on clear and repeated patterns of behaviour — including highly specific, sexually explicit references used to taunt me — I believe the perpetrators have been unlawfully observing and filming me over many years inside my private accommodation, Putney flat, where I lived for over a decade, including many other places afterwards.
These individuals appear to have detailed knowledge of my private and intimate life and even verbal expressions during such private moments. These are facts no one could know unless they had been watching me live or accessing recorded footage through hidden cameras.
I strongly believe the recordings were not only stored but also distributed, possibly broadcast live to pornographic platforms, the dark web, or even to individuals known to me, in an effort to destroy my dignity, reputation, and relationships.
This is the longest, most invasive, and cruel form of image-based sexual abuse I have ever encountered. It constitutes gendered violence, racial exploitation of a vulnerable South East Asian woman, and human rights violations under Article 3 and Article 8 ECHR.
The psychological trauma has been immense. This is mental abuse by design — intended to cause maximum anguish through a combination of sexual exploitation, degradation, surveillance, and total loss of autonomy over my body and private life.
I believe the Defendants have also profited from this abuse, and have treated me as an object of ongoing illegal human experimentation, retaliating and escalating the abuse whenever I try to resist, speak out, or seek protection.
When I fled the UK to seek refuge in Denmark, the abuse intensified, with the same patterns of surveillance, voyeurism, misuse of private information, taunts, colour-coded harassment, and symbolic intimidation continuing there — but with even more cruelty and sadism, strongly suggesting that the Defendants instructed Danish actors or other actors to continue the harassment and abuse abroad.
Moreover, I have not only experienced severe and prolonged surveillance, harassment, and retaliation—both online and offline—but I have also been completely obstructed from accessing legal representation, thereby preventing me from stopping the abuse.
They have been subjecting me to illegal surveillance via hidden cameras, repeated sexual abuse through unlawful live broadcasting, and coordinated campaigns of intimidation and humiliation, including smear tactics, symbolic stalking, death threats, and harassment and exploitation of my daughter. Each time I attempt to seek help or assert my rights—whether by consulting organisations, approaching solicitors, or submitting claim forms—the harassment escalates immediately, confirming that I remain under hostile and illegal surveillance.
Thus, they have allegedly persistently denied me legal assistance and isolated me from support systems, so that the abuse can continue to escalate unchecked. This demonstrates the calculated, retaliatory, and cruel nature of the treatment they are giving me.
On 27 August 2025 at approximately 3:05 pm, I stepped out of my accommodation to go to the library and print my settlement offer letters. Within seconds, I encountered yet another incident that fits the now-familiar pattern of mirroring and colour coding used to signal that I am being watched in real time.
As I walked down the street, a woman passed me wearing a combination of beige and dark grey—colours that have recently been used repeatedly in harassment tactics. More strikingly, she carried a bag over her shoulder in the exact same way I had carried my tote bag moments earlier while inside my room. She made deliberate eye contact and gave a subtle, knowing smile. She also wore wireless earbuds, which many of the harassers often wear to receive real-time instructions, how to harass me.
Individually, these details might appear insignificant. But in context, the timing, the mirroring of my items and movements, and the expression on her face were unmistakably calculated. Experiences like this have occurred consistently after I prepare legal documents, publish evidence, or take steps to assert my rights. It felt like yet another reminder that my private life is not private — that my daily movements, my belongings, even how I carry my bag are being watched, recorded, and reflected back at me through members of the public.
What makes these incidents especially distressing is the implication that hidden camera footage from inside my room is being accessed and circulated. This goes far beyond voyeurism. It points to large-scale misuse of private information, where my everyday life is being monitored, mirrored, and potentially monetised as if I were unwilling entertainment in a “Big Brother”-style illegal production. And the fact that these behaviours continue despite anticipated court proceedings makes the situation even more alarming.
The way she held her bag seemed to mirror me.This was how I carried my tote bag that day, and she appeared to hold her bag the same way to convey illegal surveillance that I am being constantly watched! She might not know that she was being used to convey surveillance.
When you close your front door at night, you expect safety. Privacy. Solitude.
But what if, without your knowledge, that space — your bathroom, your bedroom, even your thoughts — was being constantly watched?
What if the camera lens was never off you… not even when you thought you were alone?

What’s more shocking is that the sexual abuse, commercial exploitation, harassment, intimidation, and many other illegal acts, still continue to this day despite being made aware of my anticipated claim.
Moreover, they also appear to start doing the same thing to my daughter (34 years old and also lives alone) to sexually exploiting both of us via hidden cameras and cybersex trafficking. Because I believe the private materials unlawfully filmed with the hidden cameras have also been live streamed / distributed widely as further retaliation and victimisation, including a campaign of commercial exploitation on an industrial scale, amounting to a double hate crime.

Moreover, they also appear to start doing the same thing to my daughter (34 years old and also lives alone) to sexually exploiting both of us via hidden cameras and cybersex trafficking. Because I believe the private materials unlawfully filmed with the hidden cameras have also been live streamed / distributed widely as further retaliation and victimisation, including a campaign of commercial exploitation on an industrial scale, amounting to a double hate crime.

Voyeurism: Confirmed Surveillance via Hidden Cameras
During my stay at a hostel near King’s Cross Station.
Early in the morning at around 5:00 a.m., I woke up to go to the bathroom. The very moment I touched and opened the door handle, I heard another door open in precise synchrony—even though I had not stepped out into the hallway. My mobile phone was turned off, and I had made no noise that could have triggered this response. CCTV cannot explain this real-time reaction, as I had not yet exited the room. The only plausible explanation is the presence of hidden surveillance cameras inside the room that captured my movement. This suggests the harassers knew in advance that I was awake and about to leave the room, and coordinated another person to open a door in sync with mine to signal that I am being constantly watched. This is a direct violation of my privacy, and constitutes ongoing psychological harassment, especially as it occurred at such an early hour. The intrusion is profound and confirms that the surveillance is 24/7, including in vulnerable and private moments. When I came out of the room, I saw a Chinese-looking man also just came out of his room (Number 27). I stayed in room 23. So, it’s him who opened the door at the same time I did.
This act was clearly deliberate, invasive, and psychologically disturbing, reinforcing that I am being monitored around the clock, even during private and vulnerable moments. The fact that this harassment occurred at 5 a.m. further illustrates the level of obsessive, inhumane surveillance I am being subjected to.

At precisely 3:46 pm, immediately after I finished using the bathroom, one of my housemates walked past my room, cleared her throat twice, and then opened the main door to exit the house. The timing again ended with the number “6,” a number repeatedly used in this harassment to signal intentionality.
17/8/25
1:12 am – Immediately after I made a turn in bed from left to right, I heard a motorcycle riding past my window.
1:15 am – Minutes later, I also heard the sound of someone making some noise – probably the neighbour next door as usual.
1:57 am – Again, immediately after I shifted my sleeping posture slightly, I heard someone slam the car door shut outside.
4:05 am – Immediately after I turned around in bed from left to right, I heard a thud sound coming from nearby or outside. Probably someone was closing a car door.
6:40 am – Immediately after I stretched myself in bed a bit, I heard the neighbour opening the door.
7:20 am – Immediately after I scratched my foot a bit, I heard someone cough outside.
7:25 am – Immediately after I sat down to pee in the bathroom, I heard a thud outside.
21/8/25 At approximately 1:40 PM, immediately after I finished brushing my teeth, I heard some individuals begin to converse outside while walking past my window. I managed to take a picture of them. One of them also wore a navy blue jacket, one of the colour ranges consistently used in the harassment campaign against me.
These are just some of the daily hints that they give me on a daily basis to let me know that I am being constantly watched via hidden cameras, which also record audio!
It’s pure psychological torture and conditioning techniques, as if to see how long I will last being psychologically tortured daily for an extended period.
This synchronised behaviour unequivocally demonstrates that my every movement, however minute, is being meticulously observed in real-time and daily through illegal surveillance methods, including but not limited to hidden cameras, with audio recording as well. The deliberate timing of these responses serves no purpose other than to intimidate me, instill profound paranoia, and convey the chilling message that my life is under constant, inescapable scrutiny. This technique is a direct and calculated assault on my mental well-being and my fundamental right to privacy and security within my own home, causing severe distress and an inability to feel safe or unobserved.
These incident match a consistent pattern where external noises and timed movements are used to communicate that my private activities are being watched in real time.
📄 Relevancy to the Case: At night, when external activity is minimal, the perpetrators appear to use passing vehicles to hint at surveillance whenever I turn in bed, go to the bathroom, or engage in other private activities. In the daytime, they employ more varied methods:
Housemates coughing, clearing their throats, or conversing at key moments.
Motorcycles or cars accelerating past my window during private activities.
These cues are frequently timed to end in 3, 6, 7, or 8—numbers used repeatedly in this harassment campaign against me to suggest deliberateness and coordination.
This pattern reinforces my evidence that the perpetrators (directly or indirectly) use external actors and sensory cues to convey surveillance and intimidate me, violating my privacy and creating a constant sense of being watched. It supports my claim that covert monitoring (including hidden cameras) is paired with psychological tactics to make the surveillance known and distressing.

Therefore, this post is also to help other victims to recognise the pattern of abuse and illegal surveillance, so that you can protect yourself and your rights. It took me more than a decade to find out I have been secretly filmed and distributed for years.
