The Architecture of Terror: When Surveillance Becomes Torture

🚨 Open Call to Journalists & Human Rights Organisations: Please Investigate the Torture, Systematic Abuse and Denial of My Right to Legal Representation.🚨

The “Invisible” Weapon

In the shadows of the UK legal system, a new and devastating form of state-led abuse is taking place. It is not defined by physical cells or iron bars, but by a relentless, 24/7 campaign of illegal surveillance. To the casual observer, this may look like an invasion of privacy; to the victim, it is a territorially pervasive regime of psychological torture.

The goal of this constant monitoring—online and offline—is not merely to gather information. It is designed to shatter the psyche. It is intended to ensure I never feel safe, never feel alone, and never feel free. This is the weaponisation of voyeurism and control to inflict “long-term collective pain and suffering,” a tactic recently identified by UN experts as reaching the threshold of state-led terror.

A Breach of the Absolute Ban: Article 3 ECHR

Under the Human Rights Act 1998, Article 3 is an “absolute and unqualified” right: No one shall be subjected to torture or to inhuman or degrading treatment.

If public officials or law enforcement agencies unlawfully install hidden cameras in my and my daughter’s residences, non-consensually film us 24/7, live-stream the illegal recordings both for profit and entertainment, including using “honey trap” operations, they practice inhuman treatment—ill-treatment which causes severe mental suffering. By failing to intervene and dismantle this unlawful surveillance infrastructure, the UK state is in active breach of its positive obligation to protect me and my daughter from treatment that is “antithetical to human dignity.”

Article 8: The Destruction of Private Life

This is also a total collapse of Article 8 (Right to Private and Family Life). Surveillance that is no longer about security, but about the total control of a person’s life and dignity, has no place in a democratic society. When court documents “disappear” while this illegal monitoring (via hidden cameras, audio recording devices and cyberstalking) continues around the clock, it proves that the surveillance is being used to proactively sabotage my Article 6 (Fair Trial) rights by watching my every legal move.

At the same time, they also obtain financial gain at my expense through live-streaming / dissemination and commercial exploitation of the non-consensually recordings, amounting to cybersex trafficking. This is an illegal enterprise being carried out under the noses of everyone in the democratic society, and even worse if it’s being practiced by public officials. Thus, they are conducting a modern form of human trafficking under The Modern Slavery Act 2015 and money laundering!

Why the World is Watching

Cases of state-led psychological torture and the “digital trafficking” of a person’s life are exactly what trigger international intervention. Like the landmark case of Khadija Ismayilova, who was targeted with “vile” voyeuristic recordings to silence her, my case proves that when the domestic court doors are probably shut by “missing” files, the international community must act as the witness.

If the UK government will not uphold the absolute ban on torture, then the international community will. We are calling for an immediate investigation by the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture and the UN Special Rapporteur on Privacy to end this “predatory world order” of state-sanctioned abuse.

Rep. Ro Khanna has exposed that state agencies like the FBI and DOJ are capable of ‘scrubbing’ evidence to protect elite interests. In my case, where court documents are repeatedly ‘lost’ while I am under constant illegal surveillance, I am following the ‘Khanna Model’ of radical transparency. If the servants of the state use the shadows to protect themselves and their illegal enterprise, the citizen must use the light to protect the truth.

If you’re reading this and you believe in justice, transparency, or the right to live free from surveillance and intimidation, I ask you to stand with me. Speak out. Share. And demand that victims like me are given the legal tools to fight back.

A photo of an advertisement on the side of the bus, particularly the word “bums,” which they appear to repeatedly use to convey their secret communications that everything I do in my own room and bathroom is being non-consensually recorded with the hidden cameras & audio recording devices and disseminated / live-streamed for profit as well. This is just one example of many, amounting to malicious harassment as well when they do it consistently to cause severe emotional distress as a form of psychological torture.

When Hidden Cameras Were First Installed

I believe the hidden cameras might have first been unlawfully installed in my Putney flat in 2013, the year I first moved there, and continued to be illegally installed till the day I moved out in September or August 2024. The hidden cameras, which also recorded audio, had supposedly been installed everywhere inside that flat, even in the bathroom and kitchen, non-consensually observing and recording everything I did in my Putney flat from between 2013 – 2024. That’s more than 10 years already. Possibly the longest sexual abuse via hidden cameras!

Consequently, it’s very disturbing to think how they may have been non-consensually filming me and distributing / live-streaming the illegal footage over the years making lots of profit at my expense without my knowledge or consent. It’s an Abuse in Plain Sight at its finest.

Furthermore, the hidden cameras then appear to be illegally installed in every place I live afterwards as well. Even in my current accommodation despite pending court proceedings.

This is therefore a predatory behaviour and an obsession!

What’s more insidious about this is that they even appear to intentionally want me to know that they have actually been sexually abusing and cybersex trafficking me via hidden cameras for years. Perhaps, to cause me severe distress, humiliation, embarrassment, psychiatric injury, and so on, as unlawful retaliation and victimisation.

The illegal footage also seems to be leaked or sold to various places and entities, including pornographic sites, to allow them to create content and generate substantial profit based on my private life illegally recorded and live-streamed on a daily basis. This is also unjust enrichment.

It therefore may constitute a hate crime or even a crime against humanity when the abuse has been carried out for over 10 years, and possibly by public officials working within law enforcement agencies and/or authorities, and still continues to this day despite pending legal action and injunction application.

They also appear to make it difficult for me as much as possible to stop the sexual abuse and exploitation by preventing me from having legal representation when I have contacted a large number of lawyers, probably 200-300 solicitors so far, and human rights organisations, but no one wants to help me suggesting external influence. This case is therefore a matter of great public interest!

Thus, I may be the only woman in the world who has endured severe abuse on every level for more than a decade, and the abuse even continues with no sign of slowing down regardless.

Putney flat
This was my Putney flat where I lived from between 2013 – 2024, and where hidden cameras was believed to have been installed since 2013 till the day I moved out in 2024. This image was from 2019 when I filmed my second short film in my Putney flat, which I wrote, produced, directed and starred in as well.

Moreover, they also appear to want me to know that they are also sexually abusing my daughter via hidden cameras as well. Particularly, when every attempt to warn her has been met with the alleged evidence tampering, suppression of the truth, manipulation, etc. This raises serious concerns that someone or entity doesn’t want the truth to come out. So, they can continue to sexually abuse and commercially exploit her as well under the noses of everyone. This looks therefore like a double hate crime.

I would never have thought this would happen to me and/or my daughter. Especially not from the people who are in positions of power, not just from a civilian, which makes this case extremely serious and challenging. Particularly when my access to lawyers also appears to have been blocked.

That’s why this case is of great public interest, and that’s why I also want to write a book and make a documentary about it to let the world know what they have done to me, and probably my daughter as well, in plain sight and no one acts.

Consequently, I only shower about once a month now due to credible fear of being non-consensually filmed and distributed or even  live-streamed.

This is not just an act of prolonged sexual abuse but also a racist, discriminatory act. Because I believe they continue to sexually exploit and take advantage of me because I’m a Southeast Asian woman living alone. To stay single is also not my choice. Every attempt to establish a relationship with someone wil be sabotaged, as if to isolate me as much as possible to eliminate the help and support I could get as much as they possibly can. It’s like I don’t exist anymore.

The saddest part is that they may be doing the same thing to my daughter as well. Because they keep implying this themselves, as I said earlier.

Plus, they also appear to prevent me from having legal representation, so that they can continue to abuse me, and maybe my daughter as well, under the radar for the rest of our lives!

When Privacy Becomes a Weapon

Understanding Image-based Abuse Under the Sexual Offences Act 2003

The right to privacy is not a privilege — it’s a fundamental human right. Yet for many victims of voyeurism, illegal surveillance, and image-based  abuse, this right is routinely violated in the most degrading ways imaginable.

Under Section 66(b) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, it is a criminal offence to share or threaten to share an intimate photograph or film of a person without their consent. The law recognises several situations in which a person is considered to be in an intimate state — including acts of a sexual nature, exposure of genitals or breasts, urination or defecation, and any act of personal care related to those functions.

In short, the law is clear: recording or distributing such material without consent is a form of sexual abuse.

What Counts as an “Intimate State”?

The College of Policing guidance defines it precisely. A person is in an intimate state if:

  • They are participating in or engaging in a sexual act;
  • They are doing something a reasonable person would consider sexual;
  • Their genitals, buttocks, or breasts are exposed;
  • They are urinating or defecating; or
  • They are carrying out personal care associated with those acts.

These definitions capture not only overtly sexual acts but also moments of bodily vulnerability — the private routines we all expect to perform in absolute privacy.

The Role of Intention and Harm

According to Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) guidance, a crucial element in prosecuting these offences is intent to cause alarm, distress, or humiliation. This is why victim impact statements are vital — they communicate the devastating emotional and psychological effects of these violations.

When Harassment Becomes Psychological Torture

In my own experience, this abuse manifests through constant reminders that my privacy has been invaded — often in ways that appear choreographed to humiliate.

There are times when, immediately after I engage in a private act such as using the bathroom, some individuals outside begin chatting loudly, or a housemate exits / returns to the property as if on cue. These synchronised acts, repeated over time, send a clear message: you are being watched.

Such experiences go far beyond harassment. They are psychological tactics designed to reinforce powerlessness and fear, to make the victim feel that even their most private bodily functions are subject to surveillance and mockery.

The Human Cost

The emotional impact of these invasions cannot be overstated. To know or even suspect that one’s most intimate moments have been observed, recorded, or broadcast — and then weaponised to cause humiliation — is to live in a constant state of distress. It erodes dignity, safety, and trust in the world around you.

I have felt violated, degraded, and stripped of my humanity.

A Call for Recognition and Justice

This form of abuse — the deliberate exploitation of privacy through hidden surveillance, image-based abuse, and sexual humiliation — must be recognised for what it is: a serious sexual offence under UK law.

Victims deserve to be believed, protected, and empowered to seek justice. Law enforcement and the public must understand that these acts are not “pranks” or coincidences — they are orchestrated violations designed to cause trauma and control.

Privacy is sacred. The law exists to defend it. And silence only protects the perpetrators.

It Is Dangerous To Be Single Nowadays

After discovering the shocking truth that I have been sexually exploited in secret for years via hidden cameras and distributed as if I am their property, I want to warn all single women out there to quickly find a partner or live with someone. Especially if you’re a woman of colour like me.

Because I believe one of the motives that they are targeting me is because I live alone. No partner. No friends. No family. This makes me the perfect victim to exploit, abuse and discriminate against. Then, they apparently block my access to lawyers as well, so that I cannot stop the abuse and exploitation that easily. It’s a wake-up call, indeed.

If I didn’t experience this myself, I wouldn’t believe that these kinds of illegal practices even exit where hidden cameras are being unlawfully and secretly installed in your accommodation to secretly film you and everything you do without your knowledge or consent. Then, the illegal footage would then be distributed and/or live streamed to various places, including dark web, to make money on you like some kind of cybersex trafficking.

I still can’t believe that this is actually happening to me and even worst when it still continues despite pending legal actions.

Therefore, if you’re a single woman and live alone, particularly if you’re a woman of colour, please take good care of yourself. Predators are almost everywhere nowadays, disguising themselves in suit & tie, respectable professions, wealth, and the like.

How Even Ordinary Moments Are Manipulated

On Tuesday, 21 October 2025, at around 4:06 p.m., they used subtle, calculated sexual harassment technique again, which I continue to experience. Moments after I stepped into the hallway to check my post, an elderly man appeared, walking past me in a narrow space, carrying a navy-blue backpack — one of the main colours repeatedly used in the harassment campaign against me.

It’s the same tactic being routinely used by sending an elderly man out to walk part me in a narrow space, sit near me at a bus stop, sit right next to me on a bus or train, stand right in front of me on a bus and similar to make me feel uncomfortable. Especially as a punishment every time I try to stop the ongoing abuse and exploitation.

The timing (Starting in the number 4 and ending in the number 6) and the immediate response after I moved both point to deliberate monitoring of my actions. These moments are designed to make me feel unsafe in my own environment — reminders that I am being constantly watched.

I did not take pictures of him as proof this time due to the shock and distress that I have to endure each day. I cannot take pictures of every incident each time it happens — it is simply overwhelming. I only document significant events to avoid exhausting myself.

The escalation in retaliation and harassment also occurred shortly after I had shared my blog post on social media about how hacking has hindered my ability to pursue my dream careers as a writer and filmmaker. The retaliation was swift, clearly intended as a punishment for speaking out.

What makes this kind of harassment so distressing is its precision. Every tiny lapse in vigilance is exploited. Every pattern I try to avoid is used again. It’s psychological warfare conducted through ordinary acts — walking, checking mail, or just existing.

Even so, I refuse to be silenced. Exposing these patterns is part of reclaiming my power — because once you name what’s happening, it loses some of its hold over you.

This is just one of many incidents in which elderly men are deliberately sent to harass me — a tactic seemingly designed to sexually humiliate and degrade me as part of a relentless campaign of punishment, dehumanisation and retaliation.

Even the timing of the incident carried symbolic meaning. The numbers 4 and 6 are often used in this harassment campaign as sexual innuendoes: 6 referring to “sex,” and 4 carrying a similar connotation in Thai slang meaning “make love.” I am from Thailand, so these references are deliberately chosen to make the abuse more personal and demeaning. The number 4 may also symbolically reference Article 4 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which prohibits all forms of slavery — including sexual exploitation (sex trafficking / cybersex trafficking). Thus, it’s one of their covert communications to signal to me that they are also violating my Human Rights Article 4 via non-consensual filming and distribution (cybersex trafficking).

While the isolated use of numbers ‘4’ and ‘6’ might appear innocuous to an uninformed observer, I have been subjected to a prolonged campaign by them wherein everyday language and personal expressions from my private communications are systematically twisted into sinister, immoral, or sexualised contexts. This repeated conditioning has created a heightened sensitivity and awareness in me to such manipulations, rendering the current uses of numbers ‘4’ and ‘6’ a clear and intentional act of mental abuse and an intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Consequently, through such calculated use of language, numbers, and timing, they have turned ordinary moments into tools of psychological manipulation, designed to degrade me and retaliate for my attempts to assert my rights.

How Perpetrators Incite Civilians to Harass Me on A Daily Basis

The Cunning Tactic of Using Civilians to Stalk, Harass and Intimidate Me Daily (Stalking by Proxy)

I want to share a disturbing reality that I face every day: I am subjected to constant stalking, cyberstalking, harassment and intimidation by civilians who appear to be employed or directed by the perpetrators, or their agents, behind my ongoing legal battle as retaliation and victimisation.

These individuals are not random strangers — they follow a deliberate pattern designed to punish and silence me. Many wear specific colours like blue and army green – others may not wear these colours directly but carry items or accessories in blue, army green, burgundy, or orange to signal their role – including brands like Adidas and Puma (Seemingly copying my own clothing style because I also have some clothes from Adidas. But I don’t have Puma clothing. So, they might copy the Puma clothing style from someone I know), which act as a coded language within this harassment network. They often wear wireless earbuds, signaling live coordination and surveillance.

Blue and army green colours are some of the known sensitising colours use to harass me (colour harassment) on a daily basis every time I go out!

They also use burgundy colour a lot to sensitise and harass me. Others may not wear these colours directly but carry items or accessories in blue, army green, burgundy, or orange to signal their role.

One of the cruelest tactics they use involves elderly men. Soon after I expose wrongdoing in my legal documents, which strongly suggests constant hacking/cyberstalking, these men are sent to sexually harass me in public places — at bus stops, on streets, on public transport, and other everyday locations. This targeted harassment is a form of punishment for speaking out and seeking justice. The abuse is humiliating, degrading, and designed to instill fear and silence me.

The elderly men then often wear blue colour to suggest intentional harassment. They would also instruct people to sit or stand in a group of 3, 6 or 8 to also imply the violations of my human rights articles 3 (freedom from torture, inhuman or degrading treatment), 6 (right to a fair trial) and 8 (right to privacy) under The Human Rights Act 1998.

Living under this constant, targeted harassment is like torture. Whenever I sit somewhere—like at a bus stop—an elderly man wearing a known sensitising colour, or carrying something in that colour, to signal intentionality and illegal surveillance, is almost immediately dispatched to sit or stand near me, making me feel deeply uncomfortable and unsafe. Sometimes these men come with their wives or partners, making it seem less obvious but no less intentional. If I try to escape by moving to another seat on the bus or train, a new harasser wearing those same colours, or some other colours of the known sensitising colours often used to harass me, will be sent to sit opposite or nearby, asserting that I cannot get away from their surveillance or abuse. This relentless, orchestrated presence is a cruel form of coercive control designed to isolate and intimidate me.

This elderly man walking towards me also carried something in blue to suggest intentionality.

This elderly man also wore a black-and-white outfit, some of the newly introduced sensitising colours. He even followed me into a shop pretending to buy something as well, to make me feel uncomfortable. Surely, he was instructed to do so. It’s like this every single day!

What’s even more shocking is how orchestrated, calculated and sadistic this harassment is. The timing is rarely coincidental. Every time I write about or expose their actions, the harassment intensifies almost immediately. They want me to know I am being watched, cyberstalked, tracked (both via phone tracking and stalking by proxy), and punished for standing up.

For example, just after I drafted this blog post, I immediately heard a mocking laugh outside my window. When I looked out, two people wearing the known sensitising colours walked by while chatting, followed by a Black woman dressed in all black with a pink backpack, some of the known sensitising colours they have newly introduced. This immediate sequence is a clear message that I am being illegally monitored 24/7 both online and offline.

This pattern of symbolic harassment, close surveillance, and coordinated intimidation is designed to isolate, degrade, and break me. They use personal references and coded messages to make it clear this abuse is targeted and ongoing.

This is not merely personal harassment but a systematic campaign of psychological terror, abuse, and illegal surveillance. By sharing my story, I hope to raise awareness about these hidden forms of abuse and encourage others facing similar situations to seek help.

No one should have to endure this level of control and cruelty in silence.

It’s part of a wider pattern of illegal surveillance, invasion of privacy, and efforts to isolate and control me. By sharing this, I hope to raise awareness about these tactics, highlight the abuse, and urge others not to ignore the hidden forms of harassment techniques that people like me endure in silence daily.

If you or someone you know is experiencing harassment, stalking, or abuse, please reach out to trusted support services, legal advisers, or advocacy groups. Speaking out is the first step toward breaking free from abuse and reclaiming your life. Together, we can shine a light on these dark tactics and demand justice and dignity for all victims.

No one should have to live under such oppressive conditions.
