Blog about illegal surveillance, human rights violations, abuse of power, violence against women, misogyny, hate crime, organised harassment, discrimination, racism, illegal human experimentation, and more.
I have just created a dedicated YouTube channel specifically about organised harassment, illegal surveillance, exploitation and more. You can visit and follow me here https://youtube.com/@organisedharassment
It’s a good place to educate yourself about the cruel kinds of harassment techniques that you may not know exist. If I didn’t experience this myself, I wouldn’t believe it either. I therefore want to share my horrific experiences with illegal surveillance, covert harassment, sexual abuse via voyeurism, and commercial exploitation, misuse of private information on an industrial scale, gross human rights violations and many more.
This matter is therefore of public interest, and the world needs to know about the illegal practices hidden in plain sight!
My podcast episode 2 today is about how I accidentally opened a pandora box. Perhaps, because of the complaints I made in early 2023 that had started a chain of events since. They have also suggested to me themselves that I had opened a pandora box!
You can read the full chronology of events, how it’s unfolded here.

Voyeurism: Confirmed Surveillance via Hidden Cameras
During my stay at a hostel near King’s Cross Station.
Early in the morning at around 5:00 a.m., I woke up to go to the bathroom. The very moment I touched and opened the door handle, I heard another door open in precise synchrony—even though I had not stepped out into the hallway. My mobile phone was turned off, and I had made no noise that could have triggered this response. CCTV cannot explain this real-time reaction, as I had not yet exited the room. The only plausible explanation is the presence of hidden surveillance cameras inside the room that captured my movement. This suggests the harassers knew in advance that I was awake and about to leave the room, and coordinated another person to open a door in sync with mine to signal that I am being constantly watched. This is a direct violation of my privacy, and constitutes ongoing psychological harassment, especially as it occurred at such an early hour. The intrusion is profound and confirms that the surveillance is 24/7, including in vulnerable and private moments. When I came out of the room, I saw a Chinese-looking man also just came out of his room (Number 27). I stayed in room 23. So, it’s him who opened the door at the same time I did.
This act was clearly deliberate, invasive, and psychologically disturbing, reinforcing that I am being monitored around the clock, even during private and vulnerable moments. The fact that this harassment occurred at 5 a.m. further illustrates the level of obsessive, inhumane surveillance I am being subjected to.

5/8/25
At precisely 3:46 pm, immediately after I finished using the bathroom, one of my housemates walked past my room, cleared her throat twice, and then opened the main door to exit the house. The timing again ended with the number “6,” a number repeatedly used in this harassment to signal intentionality.
17/8/25
1:12 am – Immediately after I made a turn in bed from left to right, I heard a motorcycle riding past my window.
1:15 am – Minutes later, I also heard the sound of someone making some noise – probably the neighbour next door as usual.
1:57 am – Again, immediately after I shifted my sleeping posture slightly, I heard someone slam the car door shut outside.
4:05 am – Immediately after I turned around in bed from left to right, I heard a thud sound coming from nearby or outside. Probably someone was closing a car door.
6:40 am – Immediately after I stretched myself in bed a bit, I heard the neighbour opening the door.
7:20 am – Immediately after I scratched my foot a bit, I heard someone cough outside.
7:25 am – Immediately after I sat down to pee in the bathroom, I heard a thud outside.
21/8/25 At approximately 1:40 PM, immediately after I finished brushing my teeth, I heard some individuals begin to converse outside while walking past my window. I managed to take a picture of them. One of them also wore a navy blue jacket, one of the colour ranges consistently used in the harassment campaign against me.
These are just some of the daily hints that they give me on a daily basis to let me know that I am being constantly watched via hidden cameras, which also record audio!
It’s pure psychological torture and conditioning techniques, as if to see how long I will last being psychologically tortured daily for an extended period.
This synchronised behaviour unequivocally demonstrates that my every movement, however minute, is being meticulously observed in real-time and daily through illegal surveillance methods, including but not limited to hidden cameras, with audio recording as well. The deliberate timing of these responses serves no purpose other than to intimidate me, instill profound paranoia, and convey the chilling message that my life is under constant, inescapable scrutiny. This technique is a direct and calculated assault on my mental well-being and my fundamental right to privacy and security within my own home, causing severe distress and an inability to feel safe or unobserved.
These incident match a consistent pattern where external noises and timed movements are used to communicate that my private activities are being watched in real time.
📄 Relevancy to the Case: At night, when external activity is minimal, the perpetrators appear to use passing vehicles to hint at surveillance whenever I turn in bed, go to the bathroom, or engage in other private activities. In the daytime, they employ more varied methods:
Housemates coughing, clearing their throats, or conversing at key moments.
Motorcycles or cars accelerating past my window during private activities.
These cues are frequently timed to end in 3, 6, 7, or 8—numbers used repeatedly in this harassment campaign against me to suggest deliberateness and coordination.
This pattern reinforces my evidence that the perpetrators (directly or indirectly) use external actors and sensory cues to convey surveillance and intimidate me, violating my privacy and creating a constant sense of being watched. It supports my claim that covert monitoring (including hidden cameras) is paired with psychological tactics to make the surveillance known and distressing.
If you’re reading this and experiencing similar things, then you’re being watched just like me! Therefore, this post is also to help other victims to recognise the pattern of abuse and illegal surveillance, so that you can protect yourself and your rights. It took me more than a decade to find out I have been secretly filmed and distributed for years. Therefore, this blog post is not just to share my experience but to raise awareness as well and to help other victims who may not yet know they’re a victim of illegal surveillance and voyeurism.
What they are doing to me daily match a ‘Gangstalking’ Training Manual below:
What I am experiencing daily precisely matches the description in the ‘Gangstalking’ Training Manual above: “Agents aim to make the target uncomfortable around the clock.”‘Gangstalking’ Training ManualThe red arrow in the image above shows you the link to download the ‘Gangstalking’ Training Manual on https://bounceblack.org/resources/organised-harassment/
Understanding Image-based Abuse Under the Sexual Offences Act 2003
The right to privacy is not a privilege — it’s a fundamental human right. Yet for many victims of voyeurism, illegal surveillance, and image-based abuse, this right is routinely violated in the most degrading ways imaginable.
Under Section 66(b) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, it is a criminal offence to share or threaten to share an intimate photograph or film of a person without their consent. The law recognises several situations in which a person is considered to be in an intimate state — including acts of a sexual nature, exposure of genitals or breasts, urination or defecation, and any act of personal care related to those functions.
In short, the law is clear: recording or distributing such material without consent is a form of sexual abuse.
What Counts as an “Intimate State”?
The College of Policing guidance defines it precisely. A person is in an intimate state if:
They are participating in or engaging in a sexual act;
They are doing something a reasonable person would consider sexual;
Their genitals, buttocks, or breasts are exposed;
They are urinating or defecating; or
They are carrying out personal care associated with those acts.
These definitions capture not only overtly sexual acts but also moments of bodily vulnerability — the private routines we all expect to perform in absolute privacy.
The Role of Intention and Harm
According to Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) guidance, a crucial element in prosecuting these offences is intent to cause alarm, distress, or humiliation. This is why victim impact statements are vital — they communicate the devastating emotional and psychological effects of these violations.
When Harassment Becomes Psychological Torture
In my own experience, this abuse manifests through constant reminders that my privacy has been invaded — often in ways that appear choreographed to humiliate.
There are times when, immediately after I engage in a private act such as using the bathroom, some individuals outside begin chatting loudly, or a housemate exits / returns to the property as if on cue. These synchronised acts, repeated over time, send a clear message: you are being watched.
Such experiences go far beyond harassment. They are psychological tactics designed to reinforce powerlessness and fear, to make the victim feel that even their most private bodily functions are subject to surveillance and mockery.
The Human Cost
The emotional impact of these invasions cannot be overstated. To know or even suspect that one’s most intimate moments have been observed, recorded, or broadcast — and then weaponised to cause humiliation — is to live in a constant state of distress. It erodes dignity, safety, and trust in the world around you.
I have felt violated, degraded, and stripped of my humanity.
A Call for Recognition and Justice
This form of abuse — the deliberate exploitation of privacy through hidden surveillance, image-based abuse, and sexual humiliation — must be recognised for what it is: a serious sexual offence under UK law.
Victims deserve to be believed, protected, and empowered to seek justice. Law enforcement and the public must understand that these acts are not “pranks” or coincidences — they are orchestrated violations designed to cause trauma and control.
Privacy is sacred. The law exists to defend it. And silence only protects the perpetrators.
In recent months, I have noticed a disturbing trend — numerous films, television shows, and even commercials appear to be making direct or indirect references to my private life, my personal experiences, and even my creative works. What is even more troubling is that this pattern coincides with the illegal surveillance and data theft I have been subjected to for years. It is now becoming clear that this is not a coincidence but a coordinated, industrial-scale misuse of my private information and creative property.
Thus, what I am facing is not just an invasion of privacy or the theft of creative works — it is a coordinated system of control designed to suppress, isolate, and exploit me on every possible level. While my private information and creative works are being illegally shared, filmed, and commercialised by others, I am simultaneously being blacklisted from all legitimate opportunities that could allow me to rebuild my life or protect my rights.
No matter how many jobs I apply for — regardless of my qualifications or experience — my applications are repeatedly rejected. This is not a coincidence. It appears to be part of a broader pattern of systemic blacklisting and interference aimed at keeping me financially trapped and professionally silenced. By blocking every path to stable employment and income, those responsible ensure I cannot afford legal representation or take timely legal action against them.
The harm caused by this is not merely financial — it is multiplied tenfold, if not more. Every rejection compounds the impact of their exploitation, giving them more time to continue their illegal practices unchecked. While they profit from my stolen ideas, private information, and creative works, I am deliberately kept at a disadvantage, unable to defend myself or pursue my own artistic career.
As an aspiring writer and filmmaker, I have written scripts, story concepts, original plots, treatments, and other creative materials — the foundations of what could have been a fulfilling and sustainable creative career.
I should be able to write freely, publish my work, and develop my stories into films of my own. But how can I do that when everything I write is constantly monitored, stolen, and distributed without my consent? I now live in a constant state of fear — afraid to create, afraid to share, afraid even to dream — because everything I produce is taken from me and turned into profit for others.
This is not only a violation of my privacy and intellectual property — it is a systematic campaign to erase my agency and ownership over my own life and creativity. They have weaponised surveillance, blacklisting, obstruction of justice, and even death threats, to keep me powerless while exploiting everything that belongs to me. It is a cruel, calculated cycle: by keeping me unemployed, unrepresented, and silenced, they ensure that their exploitation continues under the radar.
This is not justice. This is not freedom. This is a deliberate and ongoing effort to profit from my pain while ensuring I am powerless to fight back. And that is precisely why I must continue to speak out — to expose what they are doing and reclaim my voice from those who have tried to erase it.
Therefore, I will not remain silent. Exposing this pattern is the first step towards reclaiming my voice — and holding those responsible to account for the industrial-scale theft, harassment, and blacklisting that have stolen years of my life and the future I rightfully deserve.
On numerous occasions, particularly when I am using the bathroom or have just completed a private activity such as washing dishes or cooking, individuals associated with the perpetrators (including housemates influenced by them) have deliberately opened and slammed the doors shut. This occurs almost every time I am in the bathroom, creating a loud and jarring noise designed to be heard by me. The consistent timing of these incidents, coinciding precisely with my private moments, is not coincidental but a calculated method to signal constant surveillance and to cause psychological distress. I am being conditioned to understand this as a direct message that my movements are being monitored.
Targeted Conversational Harassment:
Concurrently, and often immediately upon me entering the bathroom, individuals are strategically positioned outside my window. These individuals, including those dispatched specifically for this purpose, engage in loud conversations designed to be clearly audible to me while I am in the bathroom. This occurs at various times, including late at night, even at 2:00 AM in the morning, and is a deliberate tactic to invade my privacy, disrupt my peace, and reinforce the pervasive feeling of being watched and targeted. The immediate deployment of these individuals upon my entry into the bathroom further underscores the intentional and coordinated nature of this harassment.
These new tactics are profoundly distressing and constitute a form of psychological torture, designed to erode my sense of privacy and security within my own home. They are a direct continuation of the long-standing pattern of illegal surveillance, cyberstalking, and intimidation previously detailed in my blog.
The pattern of harassment described above has continued and intensified. Specifically, on the evening of 20 October 2025, I documented a new and particularly distressing harassment technique involving individuals being dispatched to walk past my window, engaging in loud conversations designed to be clearly audible during private moments, particularly when I am using the bathroom.
Crucially, within hours of documenting this specific harassment technique, at approximately 4:00 AM on 21 October 2025, I experienced this exact same tactic. Immediately upon entering the bathroom and sitting down to pee, I heard individuals begin to converse loudly while walking past the window. This incident occurred precisely as described in my documentation from the previous evening. The immediate and precise replication of the documented harassment technique, occurring within hours of its detailed description by me, provides compelling evidence of:
Ongoing and direct surveillance of my activities, including my private documentation. This suggests that the perpetrators are constantly monitoring my online or digital communications, or have access to my private documents, and are using this information to tailor their harassment.
Deliberate and targeted psychological harassment. The timing and nature of this incident, directly mirroring my documented distress, is a clear attempt to cause further psychological harm, demonstrate control, and signal constant surveillance.
Retaliation for documenting the harassment. The immediate deployment of the exact technique after it was documented indicates a retaliatory motive, aiming to intimidate me from further recording or reporting incidents.
Again today on 27 October 2025 at 5:29 am, immediately after I sat down to pee in the bathroom, I received 3 push notifications on my phone, notifying me that I had just received 3 emails about new job listings from a company where I have signed up to receive notifications of job opportunities. It’s like this almost every day when I use the bathroom, I would receive emails, phone calls, or hear housemates slam the door shut to exit / return to the premises, for instance, to let me know I am being constantly watched via hidden cameras.
Also, EVERY NIGHT, immediately upon getting up and opening the bathroom door to use the bathroom, I will hear a car or two driving past my window. Prior to this, there’s no sound or anything. It’s all quiet. But at that precise moment I get up and enter the bathroom, I will immediately hear cars begin to drive past my window.
Everything is being done to precision, suggesting that they are constantly monitoring me every second, 24/7! Even the slightest movements of mine are being observed and conveyed back to me that they’re watching me. This is very disturbing!
It looks therefore like this is not just voyeurism but also illegal human experimentation when they appear to monitor me at all times down to every tiniest movement I make. Especially when it’s been going on for probably more than a decade, making it highly likely that they may conduct illegal research on me as well.
The 2 women who walked past my window and began to converse loudly at the precise moment I put the toilet paper down!
Later today, at approximately 11:22 AM, after using the bathroom, I reached for toilet paper. Then, immediately after putting the toilet paper down, I heard some individuals begin to converse loudly outside while walking past my window. It’s like this every day. I then immediately ran out of the bathroom to take pictures of them as proof. I then observed two women walking past my window while talking.
The woman on the right also wore an army green jacket. One of the colours frequently used in the harassment campaign against me to condition me to how colours, people suddenly begin to converse while walking past my window, cars immediately drive past my window, car horns, or door being slammed shut while I am using the bathroom or just finish doing something such as putting the toilet paper down or finishing cooking, are repeatedly used as their intentional signals to let me know that I am being constantly watched.
The 2 housemates who suddenly exited the premises and slammed the door shut at the exact moment I got up after finishing eating.
Again, at approximately 9:39 pm, immediately upon standing up after finishing my dinner, I heard the housemates open the main door and exit the premises. I immediately ran to the window to take pictures of them as proof of harassment by acting as messengers to convey to me that I am being constantly watched via the hidden cameras. They may do it wittingly or unwittingly.
It’s intentional harassment and psychological torture by conditioning me to certain external sounds that occur at the precise moment I start / finish doing something such as start cooking, finish eating to communicate constant surveillance.
Many of these housemates / neighbours may not realise that their actions could have serious legal consequences. If they have been following instructions from others to harass or intimidate me, they could be subjected to a Norwich Pharmacal Order or even a witness summons, compelling them to disclose who directed or influenced their conduct. In other words, those who think they are just “following orders” may one day be required to reveal the true wrongdoers under oath.
It has often left me speechless how, even after I’ve written openly about the years of harassment and exploitation that my daughter and I have endured, there are still people who choose to join in the abuse, harassment, bullying, stalking, etc. I have described in painful detail what it feels like to be watched, mocked, sexually humiliated, and manipulated — and yet, instead of empathy, some respond with more cruelty by continuing to harass me more. But remember, hate has no place in this world.
When people read about someone’s suffering, there are usually two paths they can take: compassion or complicity. Compassion means recognising the humanity of another person and standing against injustice. Complicity means either silently approving or actively taking part in harm. What I see happening around me suggests that many have chosen the latter.
It’s difficult to understand what drives this. Perhaps some have been deliberately misled — fed misinformation by those who wish to cover up their wrongdoing. Perhaps they’ve been told lies about who I am, what I’ve done, or why this is happening, so they feel justified in their cruelty. Or perhaps, for others, the power to join in the humiliation of another person is itself an intoxicating form of control or pure entertainment seeing another human being suffering.
But regardless of motive, the result is the same: the perpetuation of abuse. Every act of mockery, every knowing smirk, every participation in the coordinated harassment keeps the cycle of violence alive. It is not merely “following instructions” or “going along with it.” It is a moral choice — and each person who participates in becomes part of the harm.
What makes this especially alarming is that many of these individuals cannot claim ignorance. They have read my words. They know the toll this has taken on me and my daughter — emotionally, psychologically, and even physically. They know about the sleepless nights, the fear, the humiliation, the destruction of privacy, and the blocking of my access to lawyers. And yet, even with that knowledge, they continue.
When someone can look at suffering, fully informed, and still decide to contribute to it, that reveals something dark about human nature. It exposes how easily prejudice, misinformation, or simple indifference can override empathy. It shows how a society can be conditioned to dehumanise a person — to treat someone’s pain as entertainment or as a tool for manipulation. If this is the case, what’s wrong with the world today?
There’s also another layer to this: bias. Some people are quick to dismiss my experiences because of who I am — a woman of colour, an outsider, a person without institutional power. They assume that if powerful organisations or individuals are involved, then the victim must be exaggerating. This reflexive bias allows abusers to continue unchallenged, hiding behind their reputations and resources.
To those who have read my blog and still choose to side with cruelty, ask yourself this: If something like this happens to you or your loved ones, what would you do? Do you have a daughter, and what would you feel if they’re doing this to your daughter as well?
If you have involved yourself in this harassment in any way — through mockery, gossip, or passive observation — you still have a choice. You can refuse to participate further. You can choose empathy over exploitation and abuse.
I am shocked that no one says, “I don’t want to be a part of this. This is just so wrong.”
And to those who still have the courage to see beyond the lies and manipulation — who recognise the human cost of what is being done — your understanding matters more than you know.
I continue to write because silence would mean acceptance. And I will not accept being silenced, erased, or dehumanised by those who profit from cruelty or those who enable it.
Because hate has no place in this world.
Therefore, I am taking important steps to hold those responsible accountable. The harassment, exploitation, deception and unlawful use of private information will not go unchallenged. I will be pursuing formal legal action against the perpetrators and all entities involved, to ensure that justice is served and that the full scope of wrongdoing is exposed.
A new wave of attention has turned to the Spycops scandal — one of the most talked about chapters in modern British policing. The revelations are disturbing: undercover Metropolitan Police officers infiltrated themselves in activist groups, formed intimate relationships under false identities, fathered children, and then vanished without warning.
A recent ITV documentary, The Spycops Scandal, reviews the immense human cost of this systematic deception. One woman, Helen, believed she had found a true partner in a fellow Greenpeace activist, John Barker. They shared a home, a vision, and even talked about starting a family. Years later, she discovered that “John” never existed. He was an undercover officer sent to insinuate himself into her world — and her life.
As Helen told reporters, “This isn’t an accident or an isolated case of a rogue officer. This is institutional sexism being handed from officer to officer – how to deceive women into relationships and use them for cover, for sex, or whatever purpose they were using us for.”
The Spycops inquiry has exposed how severely such deceptions can injure those targeted — not only breaching privacy and autonomy, but also inflicting lasting psychological harm / psychiatric injury. Many victims were left devastated and lost their ability to trust again.
Reading these accounts, I couldn’t help but see a version of my own experience. I, too, believe that I have been subjected to intrusive and unlawful surveillance — cameras covertly installed in my accommodation, and still continuing to the present day, and constant digital and physical monitoring that mirrors the tactics once used by undercover police. But unlike the Spycops of the past, this network appears far broader, blending state and private actors, and civilians under their influence.
Worse still, I believe similar tactics are now being used against my daughter. In particular, I have strong reason to believe that someone has been deliberately placed in her life — a man from Spain — to feign a romantic relationship. This, I fear, is not genuine affection but a calculated attempt to control her, gather information, prevent her from contacting me freely, and hinder her from ever knowing the truth that she may also be exploited.
The purpose appears twofold: to manipulate her emotionally and psychologically, and to isolate both of us from one another — a deliberate act of retaliation and victimisation. The parallels to the Spycops scandal are chilling. In both cases, deception is used as a weapon: intimacy becomes infiltration, and love becomes a tool for exploitation.
I very worry about the long-term consequences. The women deceived by Spycops officers described profound trauma and psychiatric injury when their partners disappeared after years of deceit. If the same manipulation is happening to my daughter — if she is made to fall deeply for someone whose loyalty lies elsewhere — then the aftermath could be devastating for her, too.
These tactics go beyond surveillance; they are psychological warfare. They aim not only to monitor but to break — to dismantle one’s sense of safety, love, and honesty.
The goal seems clear — to destabilise, silence, and destroy from within. Like the Spycops victims, we are forced to question who we can trust and whether love itself can be genuine in the face of deceit.
The Spycops inquiry proves that such abuse of power is real and can have devastating human consequences. Our stories remind the world that surveillance isn’t only about technology — it’s about control, identity, and the right to live without fear of being illegally monitored and filmed 24/7 for malicious purposes.
It began in early 2023, when I submitted several formal complaints regarding individuals within different public and private sectors. At the time, I was unaware that these matters might be interconnected, but over time it has become apparent that they may stem from the same underlying network or entities.
I could not have anticipated that this would mark the start of a sequence of events that would completely upend my life — both personally and creatively.
Around August 2023, my daughter and her long-term partner of 12 years suddenly broke up. The timing felt abrupt, and almost immediately after, around September, I think, she began dating a much younger man from Spain (10 years younger) — a streamer she met online through mutual gaming friends. Despite their relationship now lasting around two years, he has never once visited her home. It’s always her who travels to Spain or meets him elsewhere on holiday. This detail has never sat easily with me; it raises questions about her safety and whether her home environment is secure.
Not long after this new relationship began, I started seeing something deeply unsettling. Films, commercials, and online content began appearing that seemed to reference her — including details about her personal life, even medical information, in ways that mirrored my own experiences of being mimicked and exposed. The parallels were too precise to dismiss as coincidence.
By October 2023, I began to suspect that my private and sensitive information — and perhaps even my daughter’s — had been leaked or shared illegally.
Around summer of 2024, I began writing on my previous blog, buppha.com, about organised harassment, illegal surveillance, voyeurism, stalking and tech abuse. I wrote from a place of curiosity and outrage, unaware that I was, in fact, describing my own lived reality. Soon after I started publishing those posts, the harassment escalated beyond anything I had experienced before.
Then came the realisation that changed everything: by late 2024, I began piecing together evidence that my private life — my most intimate, personal moments — had likely been secretly filmed and distributed for years, perhaps for more than a decade.
By early 2025, I decided to act. I began the formal legal process, sending Pre-Action Protocol Letters to those I believed responsible or complicit. Instead of stopping the abuse, this triggered an escalation — retaliation in new and alarming forms.
And then, the final straw came in the spring and summer of 2025, when I tried to apply for an urgent injunction multiple times through the King’s Bench Division. Each time, my evidence — carefully compiled, documented, and submitted — inexplicably disappeared?!
Now, looking back, this timeline is more than just a sequence of events. It tells the story of a pattern — of power, silence, and retaliation. It’s the record of how justice can be obstructed and delayed when those with influence abuse the very systems meant to protect.
But it’s also a record of endurance — of my determination to keep documenting, exposing, and standing up for myself.
