Commercial Exploitation in Film “Babygirl” (2024)

1. The Initial Discovery of Cross-Border Data Laundering

While the upcoming television series Elle represents the most recent active exploitation of my private data, the structural monetization of my life narratives began with the production and release of the feature film Babygirl (2024), starring Nicole Kidman. The monetization of my private life may have started long before this. But the film Babygirl (2024), is the one that I began to uncover that my private life non-consensually filmed with hidden cameras 24/7 has been commercialised widely – even in feature films.

This production served as the primary diagnostic indicator that the covert surveillance infrastructure inside my private residence was not merely being used for localized harassment and sexual gratification, but was functioning as a commercial content pipeline. The screenplay and thematic progression of Babygirl mirror, with granular accuracy, specific intimate developments, personal vulnerabilities, and the exact phrasing of private domestic arguments that took place years ago with my Danish ex-husband Jørgen Mortensen, who is also the father of our daughter living alone in Germany, in which the state-actor defendants have also subjected her to the exact same sexual abuse & exploitation via hidden cameras, including via a sexpionage operation.

Almost every aspect in this film was taken directly from my private life. Most information was from the hidden cameras unlawfully installed in my Putney flat in London. Even the scenes where Nicole Kidman masturbated were also taken directly from my own masturbations, unlawfully recorded with both the hidden cameras and audio recording devices over the years. Thus, the film featured lots of scenes where she masturbated. Halina Reijn claimed to have written the script all by herself!

2. The Mechanics of the Supply Chain: Domestic Compromise

The correlation between the script of Babygirl (written, produced and directed by Halina Reijn) and my un-broadcast, private life strongly indicates that data stolen via illicit audio-visual recording devices—alongside historical personal information—was compiled and trafficked without my knowledge or consent. In the context of cross-border intellectual property theft, this points to a coordinated supply chain where domestic actors extracted private matrimonial and intimate data and laundered it into the international entertainment market for commercial profit.

3. The Deprivation of Counsel as a Corporate Shield

Under normal circumstances, a citizen discovering that their private life and highly intimate moments have been commodified into a major feature film would retain legal counsel to issue subpoenas, demand production logs, and initiate chain-of-title discovery against the studio (A24) and the creators.

However, because public authorities systematically monitor my digital devices and intercept my outreach to independent lawyers, I am structurally barred from utilizing the court system. The co-defendants—both the state actors operating the surveillance hardware and the commercial entities profiting from the film—rely on this Article 6 ECHR violation to avoid accountability. They operate under the assumption that as long as I am legally isolated, the true origin of their source material will remain hidden from the public.

4. Direct Call for Journalistic and Ethical Scrutiny

Following the public precedent established by individuals exposing identity theft in the entertainment industry, this addendum serves as formal notice to the public, media watchdogs, and the SAG-AFTRA Ethics Committee.

Investigative journalists are urged to review the production timelines and script acquisition records of Babygirl (2024). The international public is my witness: the entertainment industry cannot be permitted to use state-enforced legal blockades to insulate themselves from the consequences of utilizing non-consensual intimate data as commercial entertainment.

I uploaded this photo of a glass of milk to my WordPress blog on 28 May 2013.

Halina Reijn did give some hints that it’s inspired by a real life story but then added, it’s from her own story. Particularly regarding the milk. I am not so sure about that. Look at both pictures above. This is one of the strong indications that my private life has been stolen from me in every way possible, not just via hidden cameras. This proves that the state-actor defendants have been violating my privacy in secret for years.

Simple Breakfast

Since I have no more money left in my bank account, my breakfast, lunch and dinner are extremely simple. I eat just to survive nowadays. I live like a monk, eating whatever you have.

You may wonder why I have no more money left in my bank account. As I mentioned before in my previous blogs that I believe they may blacklist me as well. Because I receive job rejections for every job I apply for, including jobs within the Film & TV industry since I want to be an actress, writer and filmmaker. But this career path also appears to have been obstructed. I have been working tirelessly trying to pursue my acting, writing and directing career for decades but never get anywhere. Therefore, it’s a clear sign of blacklisting.

Today, I will continue to work on my Particulars of Claim to initiate court proceedings and apply for injunctions as soon as possible. I can’t take it anymore. They also seem to distract me as much as they can by relentlessly harassing, monitoring every move I make both online and offline, bullying, humiliating, mocking, and intimidating me on a daily basis to overwhelm me and to cause me so much distress, so that I may just give up. It’s also very challenging for me to do this alone when I don’t have a solicitor to help me with this. But what can I do. I must do everything myself for now.

The Industrial-Scale Theft and Exploitation of My Private Life and Creative Works

In recent months, I have noticed a disturbing trend — numerous films, television shows, and even commercials appear to be making direct or indirect references to my private life, my personal experiences, and even my creative works. What is even more troubling is that this pattern coincides with the illegal surveillance and data theft I have been subjected to for years. It is now becoming clear that this is not a coincidence but a coordinated, industrial-scale misuse of my private information and creative property.

Thus, what I am facing is not just an invasion of privacy or the theft of creative works — it is a coordinated system of control designed to suppress, isolate, and exploit me on every possible level. While my private information and creative works are being illegally shared, filmed, and commercialised by others, I am simultaneously being blacklisted from all legitimate opportunities that could allow me to rebuild my life or protect my rights.

No matter how many jobs I apply for — regardless of my qualifications or experience — my applications are repeatedly rejected. This is not a coincidence. It appears to be part of a broader pattern of systemic blacklisting and interference aimed at keeping me financially trapped and professionally silenced. By blocking every path to stable employment and income, those responsible ensure I cannot afford legal representation or take timely legal action against them.

The harm caused by this is not merely financial — it is multiplied tenfold, if not more. Every rejection compounds the impact of their exploitation, giving them more time to continue their illegal practices unchecked. While they profit from my stolen ideas, private information, and creative works, I am deliberately kept at a disadvantage, unable to defend myself or pursue my own artistic career.

As an aspiring writer and filmmaker, I have written scripts, story concepts, original plots, treatments, and other creative materials — the foundations of what could have been a fulfilling and sustainable creative career.

I should be able to write freely, publish my work, and develop my stories into films of my own. But how can I do that when everything I write is constantly monitored, stolen, and distributed without my consent? I now live in a constant state of fear — afraid to create, afraid to share, afraid even to dream — because everything I produce is taken from me and turned into profit for others.

This is not only a violation of my privacy and intellectual property — it is a systematic campaign to erase my agency and ownership over my own life and creativity. They have weaponised surveillance, blacklisting, obstruction of justice, and even death threats, to keep me powerless while exploiting everything that belongs to me. It is a cruel, calculated cycle: by keeping me unemployed, unrepresented, and silenced, they ensure that their exploitation continues under the radar.

This is not justice. This is not freedom. This is a deliberate and ongoing effort to profit from my pain while ensuring I am powerless to fight back. And that is precisely why I must continue to speak out — to expose what they are doing and reclaim my voice from those who have tried to erase it.

Therefore, I will not remain silent. Exposing this pattern is the first step towards reclaiming my voice — and holding those responsible to account for the industrial-scale theft, harassment, and blacklisting that have stolen years of my life and the future I rightfully deserve.

How Hacker Has Hindered Me From Pursuing My Careers As A Writer and Filmmaker

Being a writer and filmmaker should mean freedom — the freedom to imagine, to create, and to express yourself. But for me, that freedom has been slowly eroded by relentless hacking and cyberstalking that have invaded every corner of my creative life.
For years, my private writing — screenplays, journal notes, personal reflections, and creative concepts — has not been safe. Whatever I write and store on my devices seems to be monitored, copied, and stolen, only to reappear in distorted or reworked forms elsewhere. Sometimes this material is clearly used to mock or harass me, echoing my own words and experiences in ways that are deeply personal and distressing.

But it doesn’t stop there. What is even more alarming is the commercial exploitation of my stolen creative work. Ideas, plots, and scenes from my writing appear to have been leaked to third parties and later used in professionally produced content — including films and media projects — without my knowledge or consent.

It feels as if my intellectual property and even fragments of my private life have been mined and repackaged for others’ profit.

This is more than a privacy violation; it’s the systematic theft of my identity as an artist. It has made it nearly impossible to pursue my career safely. Every time I begin a new project, I am haunted by the fear that it will once again be intercepted, stolen, and used against me — either to ridicule or to enrich others.

The psychological toll is immense. Writing, which once brought me happiness and purpose, now brings anxiety and mistrust. Still, I continue to fight — not just for my work, but for the principle that creative ownership and privacy are fundamental human rights. No artist should have to live in fear that their imagination will be stolen, their privacy violated, or their life turned into someone else’s story.

It’s truly devastating that I can no longer pursue my dream careers as a writer, filmmaker and actress for now. That’s why you don’t see me doing much for the moment. I was used to actively working on my screenplays, attending networking, making short films, etc. Now I have to stop doing everything and can no longer afford to pay for my webhosting http://www.buppha.com since I have no job at the moment due to possible blacklisting. I just still can’t believe that this is actually happening to me and, perhaps, my daughter as well.

They are sending a clear signal that they will continue to invade every area of my life regardless and despite pending legal actions.
