Misuse of CCTV

Yesterday, Monday 9 February 2026, immediately after my phone ran out of battery around 10 pm, they seemed to increase the harassment and hints of illegal surveillance now that I couldn’t take pictures as proof. Because while I was waiting for the bus, I was surrounded by their harassers who wore clothing in navy blue, army green, burgundy and Adidas or Nike brand, for instance. These colours and brand names are consistently used in the harassment campaign against me as signifiers to mainly signify surveillance and control.

These individuals would pretend to come and wait for the bus as well. It’s like this every day wherever I go, I will be swarmed by their harassers to make me feel being constantly monitored; it’s an excessive monitoring campaign as retaliation.

Then, later, at approximately 10:30 pm, I got to Baker Street Station to catch a train home. Immediately upon walking round a corner, a man wearing a “blue” scalf would suddenly emerge and startle me. The colour “blue” again to signify to me that this was not accidental but intentional to let me know that the CCTV at the train stations, and everywhere else, are supposedly being misused to constantly monitor me for malicious purposes. This happens almost every time when my phone has no more battery left, and I cannot therefore take pictures or videos as evidence of organised harassment, suggesting that my phone is being illegally monitored at all times as well.

Then, at approximately 11 pm or so, I got back home. At the precise moment I got inside the property and was about to open my door, a male housemate living in room 3 opposite my room suddenly also returned home. This further suggests that the CCTV cameras inside this property, or even hidden cameras, are also being misused to monitor me 24/7 for malicious purposes. Because this is not the first time that they seem to use synchronised harassment to convey surveillance since almost every time I get home, one of the housemates also returns at the same time I do regardless of what time of the day.

This is how they make sure that I am being surveiled everywhere – both inside my own home via hidden cameras and outside, including via hacking / cyberstalking. The message is clear: There will be no areas left in my life that are not being observed and recorded!

How this is even possible in a democratic society?

If I don’t experience this myself, I will find it very hard to believe this. This is what they appear to do by viciously abusing me in every way possible and for years, including blocking my access to lawyers, making it very difficult for people to believe that this is actually happening in the UK: A democratic country.

Hint of hidden cameras

Another hint of hidden cameras in my bathroom, again. They even appear to use advertisements to convey surveillance.

When Hidden Cameras Were First Installed

I believe the hidden cameras might have first been unlawfully installed in my Putney flat in 2013, the year I first moved there, and continued to be illegally installed till the day I moved out in September or August 2024. The hidden cameras, which also recorded audio, had supposedly been installed everywhere inside that flat, even in the bathroom and kitchen, non-consensually observing and recording everything I did in my Putney flat from between 2013 – 2024. That’s more than 10 years already. Possibly the longest sexual abuse via hidden cameras!

Consequently, it’s very disturbing to think how they may have been non-consensually filming me and distributing / live-streaming the illegal footage over the years making lots of profit at my expense without my knowledge or consent. It’s an Abuse in Plain Sight at its finest.

Furthermore, the hidden cameras then appear to be illegally installed in every place I live afterwards as well. Even in my current accommodation despite pending court proceedings.

This is therefore a predatory behaviour and an obsession!

What’s more insidious about this is that they even appear to intentionally want me to know that they have actually been sexually abusing and cybersex trafficking me via hidden cameras for years. Perhaps, to cause me severe distress, humiliation, embarrassment, psychiatric injury, and so on, as unlawful retaliation and victimisation.

The illegal footage also seems to be leaked or sold to various places and entities, including pornographic sites, to allow them to create content and generate substantial profit based on my private life illegally recorded and live-streamed on a daily basis. This is also unjust enrichment.

It therefore may constitute a hate crime or even a crime against humanity when the abuse has been carried out for over 10 years, and possibly by public officials working within law enforcement agencies and/or authorities, and still continues to this day despite pending legal action and injunction application.

They also appear to make it difficult for me as much as possible to stop the sexual abuse and exploitation by preventing me from having legal representation when I have contacted a large number of lawyers, probably 200-300 solicitors so far, and human rights organisations, but no one wants to help me suggesting external influence. This case is therefore a matter of great public interest!

Thus, I may be the only woman in the world who has endured severe abuse on every level for more than a decade, and the abuse even continues with no sign of slowing down regardless.

Putney flat
This was my Putney flat where I lived from between 2013 – 2024, and where hidden cameras was believed to have been installed since 2013 till the day I moved out in 2024. This image was from 2019 when I filmed my second short film in my Putney flat, which I wrote, produced, directed and starred in as well.

Moreover, they also appear to want me to know that they are also sexually abusing my daughter via hidden cameras as well. Particularly, when every attempt to warn her has been met with the alleged evidence tampering, suppression of the truth, manipulation, etc. This raises serious concerns that someone or entity doesn’t want the truth to come out. So, they can continue to sexually abuse and commercially exploit her as well under the noses of everyone. This looks therefore like a double hate crime.

I would never have thought this would happen to me and/or my daughter. Especially not from the people who are in positions of power, not just from a civilian, which makes this case extremely serious and challenging. Particularly when my access to lawyers also appears to have been blocked.

That’s why this case is of great public interest, and that’s why I also want to write a book and make a documentary about it to let the world know what they have done to me, and probably my daughter as well, in plain sight and no one acts.

Consequently, I only shower about once a month now due to credible fear of being non-consensually filmed and distributed or even  live-streamed.

This is not just an act of prolonged sexual abuse but also a racist, discriminatory act. Because I believe they continue to sexually exploit and take advantage of me because I’m a Southeast Asian woman living alone. To stay single is also not my choice. Every attempt to establish a relationship with someone wil be sabotaged, as if to isolate me as much as possible to eliminate the help and support I could get as much as they possibly can. It’s like I don’t exist anymore.

The saddest part is that they may be doing the same thing to my daughter as well. Because they keep implying this themselves, as I said earlier.

Plus, they also appear to prevent me from having legal representation, so that they can continue to abuse me, and maybe my daughter as well, under the radar for the rest of our lives!

Before the Storm

There was a time when life felt beautifully ordinary — filled with dreams, deadlines, and late-night ideas typed into my digital notebooks, Google Docs, and screenplay software, stored on my devices. My world revolved around storytelling through acting, writing, and directing. They were not just ambitions; they were extensions of who I was. I lived for the thrill of creation — the magic of transforming a thought into a scene, a feeling into dialogue, a blank page into a living moment.

Every day was a balancing act between survival and imagination. I spent countless hours crafting scripts, developing characters, and mapping out stories that spoke to what it meant to be human — love, loss, loneliness, courage, identity. My tiny flat was a workshop of ideas: storyboards taped to the walls, camera equipment leaned against the wall, screenwriting and filmmaking books on the shelf, stacks of screenplays on the dining table, etc. I wasn’t waiting for permission to begin — I was learning by doing.

I wrote screenplays and treatments, short films and feature concepts. Some scripts came alive on screen; others stayed tucked away, waiting for the right time. I taught myself how to write and direct — from shaping the story to framing shots — using every opportunity to learn, fail, experiment, and grow. Those early scripts and short films were raw and imperfect, but they were real. They were mine.

There was a sense of quiet hopefulness then — that if I kept going, kept believing, something would break through. I dreamed of seeing my name in the rolling credits of films that would move people the way cinematic storytelling had always fascinated me. I was chasing something pure — the art of telling captivating stories through films.

I had no idea that behind the calm of those ordinary creative days, a storm was gathering. That everything I had built — every dream, every piece of myself shared on screen or online — would soon be hacked and stolen for others to make profit but me – the real owner of my ideas, creativity and creation.

But before the darkness came, there was light — the kind that burns with purpose, with love for art, for storytelling, for life itself.

This was who I was before the storm.

Predators

I also am working on my upcoming book Predators. I want to tell a shocking story what I have to go through each day, which may help other victims around the world to come forward and find ways to stop the horrific crime against humanity.

The commercial exploitation of illegally obtained private information for entertainment purposes is also a matter of significant public concern.

My case is therefore of public interest when they allegedly violate most of my human rights in every way possible and also appear to block my access to impartial lawyers and legal advice, to make it challenging for me to stop the abuse, exploitation and human rights violations.

Therefore, the world needs to know what they are doing to me and my daughter under the nose of everyone in a democratic society!

My book will demonstrate how my abusers are not just allegedly abusing and exploiting me but may also exploit my daughter via the hidden cameras as well. It’s one the most evil and cruel things I have ever come across in ny entire life when they seem to abuse my daughter as well, and even keep implying to me that they do, to show me because they think they can.

The book will cost only £1.49 but for a limited time only. It’s an enlightening book that will open your eyes about one of the longest cybersex trafficking in the world among many other illegal acts.

Therefore, it’s a must-read book that shows you the dark side of the world you may not know its existence until you read this book. It may even help you protect yourself from unforseen dangers.

Stay Tuned!

It Is Dangerous To Be Single Nowadays

After discovering the shocking truth that I have been sexually exploited in secret for years via hidden cameras and distributed as if I am their property, I want to warn all single women out there to quickly find a partner or live with someone. Especially if you’re a woman of colour like me.

Because I believe one of the motives that they are targeting me is because I live alone. No partner. No friends. No family. This makes me the perfect victim to exploit, abuse and discriminate against. Then, they apparently block my access to lawyers as well, so that I cannot stop the abuse and exploitation that easily. It’s a wake-up call, indeed.

If I didn’t experience this myself, I wouldn’t believe that these kinds of illegal practices even exit where hidden cameras are being unlawfully and secretly installed in your accommodation to secretly film you and everything you do without your knowledge or consent. Then, the illegal footage would then be distributed and/or live streamed to various places, including dark web, to make money on you like some kind of cybersex trafficking.

I still can’t believe that this is actually happening to me and even worst when it still continues despite pending legal actions.

Therefore, if you’re a single woman and live alone, particularly if you’re a woman of colour, please take good care of yourself. Predators are almost everywhere nowadays, disguising themselves in suit & tie, respectable professions, wealth, and the like.

Hate Has No Place In This World

It has often left me speechless how, even after I’ve written openly about the years of harassment and exploitation that my daughter and I have endured, there are still people who choose to join in the abuse, harassment, bullying, stalking, etc. I have described in painful detail what it feels like to be watched, mocked, sexually humiliated, and manipulated — and yet, instead of empathy, some respond with more cruelty by continuing to harass me more. But remember, hate has no place in this world.

When people read about someone’s suffering, there are usually two paths they can take: compassion or complicity. Compassion means recognising the humanity of another person and standing against injustice. Complicity means either silently approving or actively taking part in harm. What I see happening around me suggests that many have chosen the latter.

It’s difficult to understand what drives this. Perhaps some have been deliberately misled — fed misinformation by those who wish to cover up their wrongdoing. Perhaps they’ve been told lies about who I am, what I’ve done, or why this is happening, so they feel justified in their cruelty. Or perhaps, for others, the power to join in the humiliation of another person is itself an intoxicating form of control or pure entertainment seeing another human being suffering.

But regardless of motive, the result is the same: the perpetuation of abuse. Every act of mockery, every knowing smirk, every participation in the coordinated harassment keeps the cycle of violence alive. It is not merely “following instructions” or “going along with it.” It is a moral choice — and each person who participates in becomes part of the harm.

What makes this especially alarming is that many of these individuals cannot claim ignorance. They have read my words. They know the toll this has taken on me and my daughter — emotionally, psychologically, and even physically. They know about the sleepless nights, the fear, the humiliation, the destruction of privacy, and the blocking of my access to lawyers. And yet, even with that knowledge, they continue.

When someone can look at suffering, fully informed, and still decide to contribute to it, that reveals something dark about human nature. It exposes how easily prejudice, misinformation, or simple indifference can override empathy. It shows how a society can be conditioned to dehumanise a person — to treat someone’s pain as entertainment or as a tool for manipulation. If this is the case, what’s wrong with the world today?

There’s also another layer to this: bias. Some people are quick to dismiss my experiences because of who I am — a woman of colour, an outsider, a person without institutional power. They assume that if powerful organisations or individuals are involved, then the victim must be exaggerating. This reflexive bias allows abusers to continue unchallenged, hiding behind their reputations and resources.

To those who have read my blog and still choose to side with cruelty, ask yourself this: If something like this happens to you or your loved ones, what would you do? Do you have a daughter, and what would you feel if they’re doing this to your daughter as well?

If you have involved yourself in this harassment in any way — through mockery, gossip, or passive observation — you still have a choice. You can refuse to participate further. You can choose empathy over exploitation and abuse.

I am shocked that no one says, “I don’t want to be a part of this. This is just so wrong.”

And to those who still have the courage to see beyond the lies and manipulation — who recognise the human cost of what is being done — your understanding matters more than you know.

I continue to write because silence would mean acceptance. And I will not accept being silenced, erased, or dehumanised by those who profit from cruelty or those who enable it.

Because hate has no place in this world.

Therefore, I am taking important steps to hold those responsible accountable. The harassment, exploitation, deception and unlawful use of private information will not go unchallenged. I will be pursuing formal legal action against the perpetrators and all entities involved, to ensure that justice is served and that the full scope of wrongdoing is exposed.

The Baha Mousa Case and Modern-Day Conditioning Techniques

In September 2003, Baha Mousa, a 26-year-old hotel receptionist, was detained by British Forces in Basra, Iraq. Within just 36 hours, he was dead.

The public inquiry revealed that Mousa and nine others were subjected to brutal “conditioning techniques” — hooding, sleep deprivation, stress positions, and relentless coercion.

“Detainees deemed uncooperative were beaten, shouted at, and sexually humiliated. The Inquiry found “that most, if not all, of the Detainees were the victims of serious abuse and mistreatment by soldiers during their detention.

After withstanding 36 hours of this treatment, Baha Mousa was found having removed his hood and hand restraints. Perceiving this as an escape attempt, 1QLR’s Corporal Donald Payne brought Mousa to the floor and knelt on his back whilst attempting to re-apply the restraints. According to witness testimony, frustrated that Mousa was not submitting easily, Payne ‘lost control of himself’, punching and kicking the detainee and slamming his head against a concrete wall.”

The Modern Echoes of Conditioning and Control

Two decades on, similar patterns of psychological abuse can still be observed — though they now take covert and technological forms rather than physical ones.

In my own case, I have been subjected to what I can only describe as modern conditioning techniques:

Just as the soldiers in Basra used physical violence and sexual degradation to assert dominance over detainees, my abusers use technology, surveillance, and coordinated harassment to assert psychological control and public degradation. Both methods share the same goal — to dehumanise, break down resistance, and condition compliance through fear, humiliation and coercion.

“Escape” Analogy

When I tried to escape the abuse by relocating to Denmark, the abuse, exploitation, intimidation and harassment appeared to follow me. This continuity mirrors a symbolic parallel with the Baha Mousa case: when Baha attempted to remove his hood and restraints — an act perceived as escape — his guards retaliated with fatal violence.

In my case, attempts to regain autonomy and safety have seemingly triggered institutional retaliation, with similar patterns of intimidation reappearing across borders. While the methods differ, the underlying message remains chillingly familiar: “You cannot escape.”

This powerfully illustrates their relentless pursuit and control, and the psychological impact of being unable to escape the abuse.

But it doesn’t stop there. My life is being monetised without consent. Films, commercials, and other media use my private experiences as entertainment, generating profit while causing ongoing harm. It’s like being trapped in a real-life Big Brother, where every moment is exploited.

The exploitation, echoing cases like Fiona Harvey’s, where private lives are turned into entertainment. Films, commercials, and content derived from my life have been distributed internationally, generating profit while inflicting ongoing psychological harm.

It’s systematic, calculated, and retaliatory. Every move I make is tracked. Every personal detail is weaponised and exploitated.

My fight isn’t just for myself — it’s to expose the abuse, hold the perpetrators accountable, and reclaim human dignity in an age where privacy and personal freedom can be stolen with a click.

Intentional Violation of Article 3 ECHR Through Torture, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment

What happened to Baha Mousa was officially condemned as inhuman and degrading treatment, a breach of both the Geneva Conventions and Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights. Yet, the psychological equivalents of those banned techniques — sleep deprivation, humiliation, coercion, and sexual degradation — still appear to be used today under new disguises: digital surveillance, social control, and technological intrusion.

These acts are not mere harassment; they constitute a continuation of systemic abuse and conditioning, weaponising humiliation as a tool of domination.

My experience underscores a grim truth: that the instruments of torture have evolved, but the mindset behind them — the belief that one can strip another person of dignity, autonomy, and privacy — remains unchanged.

A Call for Accountability

Baha Mousa’s case prompted public outrage and an inquiry into institutional responsibility. My experience raises similar questions in a modern context:

  • How far can surveillance and psychological manipulation go before it becomes state-sanctioned abuse?
  • What accountability exists when conditioning is conducted through covert technologies and coordinated behaviour rather than physical violence?

The lessons from Baha’s death should not be forgotten. Whether in a military detention centre or a civilian apartment, inhuman and degrading treatment is never acceptable. The methods may differ, but the moral violation is the same.

Author’s Note:

This article forms part of my ongoing documentation of human rights violations and systemic abuse, as referenced in my forthcoming legal proceedings. The experiences described are intended to provide context for broader patterns of coercion, exploitation, and illegal surveillance, and to inform public understanding of modern forms of inhuman and degrading treatment.
