When Private Pain Is Turned Into a Weapon

I have not seen my daughter since she was approximately 11 years old. I recorded this quietly in my confidential legal notes some time ago, saved on my devices. At that point, it existed nowhere else.

On Thursday, 11 December 2025, I wrote about this on my blog for the first time, explaining that it had previously remained private and how this confidential, sensitive information has been used to harass and intimidate me since.

From my perspective, this pattern does not feel accidental. It feels targeted. It feels like the deliberate use of stolen, sensitive information to cause emotional harm.

I am left with the overwhelming impression that ALL my online activity and private communications are being monitored at all times, and that insights into my legal notes are being exploited to harass and intimidate me.

Retaliation That Feels Immediate

Saturday, 13 December 2025

At approximately 4:00 am, just as I sat down in the bathroom, I heard individuals walking past my window and starting to speak loudly. This is an unusual time for foot traffic, and what made it more distressing was the timing—precisely when I was in a private, vulnerable moment. Similar incidents have occurred repeatedly after I document concerns either publicly on my blog or privately in legal materials, giving me the impression of constant observation.

Later that morning, at 8:11 am, I was woken by the sound of sirens outside. Given what I had written days earlier about the number 11 and its emotional significance to me, the timing felt unsettling, deliberate and difficult to dismiss.

Everyday Moments No Longer Feel Private

That evening, at around 5:09 pm, as I was just about to finish dinner, I heard a housemate leave the property. This is something that seems to happen with unnerving regularity at specific moments: When I am finishing an activity, eating, or otherwise engaged in something routine yet personal. It creates the impression that my movements and habits are being tracked.

This time, the person appeared to leave more quietly than usual. I did not hear footsteps past my room as I often do. I only noticed once the front door closed. When I looked out of the window, phone in hand ready to take pictures as evidence, I saw someone walking away quickly in a grey hoodie.

A few minutes later, an emergency vehicle passed by. Because of the curtain, I could not clearly identify whether it was a police vehicle or an ambulance. Shortly after, around 5:15 pm, a housemate returned, and soon after that I observed a white police van driving past the window from the same direction.

Taken together—and in the context of what I have experienced repeatedly—they contribute to a growing sense that my private life is no longer private at all.

Living With the Psychological Impact

What is most damaging is not a single incident, but the accumulation. The sense that intimate moments are observed, recorded and distributed. That personal grief is repurposed as a signal. That disclosure—whether public or private—results in behaviour that feels designed to remind me I am being watched, violated and being treated as if I am their property to make money on me from the illegal footage unlawfully taken daily and 24/7 with the hidden cameras.

Living like this erodes trust in ordinary life. It turns routine actions into sources of anxiety. And it transforms deeply personal pain into something that feels exploited.

I continue to document these experiences not to sensationalise them, but to create a record—to let the world know how they abuse me in plain sight in a democratic society.

My greatest fear is that they may subject my daughter to the exact same abuse due to their repeated hints that the abuse also extends to my daughter.

At the same time, they also appear to employ their agent to fake a romantic relationship with her to suppress the truth, to control and manipulate her, so that every attempt to warn her that she may also be a victim of voyeurism and cybersex trade will be met with disbelief.

This demonstrates the defendants’ sadism, satisfaction and remorselessness by boastingly confirming, albeit discreetly, their alleged involvement in the breakup of my daughter’s 12-year relationship and the replacement of him with their agent instead, intended to provoke and taunt me further.

Such manipulation of a potential victim to deny abuse is an egregious act of witness intimidation and an attempt to pervert the course of justice. If my daughter is indeed a victim, these actions directly violate her fundamental right to access justice under Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights, by preventing her from being informed of potential risks and seeking appropriate remedies.

Just like how they also deny me justice by allegedly preventing me from having legal representation, and so that they can continue the abuse and commercial exploitation unchecked.

Ambulance
At approximately 5:43 pm, I also observed an ambulance driving past my window, suggesting everything I write privately has been illegally monitored via cyberstalking and the stolen information is then used to mock, harass and intimidate me.

When Those Who Harm Others Have Children of Their Own

There’s something deeply disturbing about the way cruelty hides behind ordinary faces. Some of the people who have taken part in the ongoing campaign of harassment and abuse against me are parents themselves. They have daughters. They have children who look up to them. And yet, despite knowing the innocence of a child, they have chosen to target mine — not out of misunderstanding, but, perhaps, out of deliberate malice.

The hypocrisy is staggering. How can anyone who tucks their child into bed at night, who teaches them about kindness and empathy, take part in actions designed to traumatise another person’s child? To retaliate through an innocent life is not just immoral — it is inhuman.

This isn’t just about me. It’s about a sickness that runs deeper in our society — a willingness to dehumanise victims to the point where empathy disappears. When people can watch cruelty unfold and still go home to their families as if nothing happened, we have to ask ourselves: what kind of world are we building for the next generation?

There is no justification, no ideology, no excuse that can make this right. The act of targeting a child to punish a parent reveals the true nature of this network — not as a system of power, but as a collapse of conscience.

My daughter deserves safety, dignity, and peace — just like every child. And I will continue to fight for a world where people are held accountable not only in courts, but in their own humanity.

This also fits legal definitions of harassment:

Collective harassment: Targeting members of my family as part of the campaign. My daughter is potentially also being subjected to voyeurism and symbolic harassment fits this definition exactly.

Stalking by proxy: Using my daughter (and potentially others) as indirect targets to harm me. They appear to be orchestrating this intentionally.

Breach of Article 3 and Article 6 ECHR:

Article 3: Protection from inhuman or degrading treatment. Sexual exploitation and voyeurism against my child — especially when used as a weapon against me — is a grave breach.

Article 6: Preventing me from warning her, or from being believed, is part of the wider obstruction of justice.

For example, on 15 October 2025, I tried to warn my daughter that she may be a victim of voyeurism as well by posting a link on her Facebook’s timeline to my blog for her to read and understand the situation and how sophisticated their techniques are, including advising her to hire Specialist IT to immediately scan her accommodation for hidden cameras and seek legal advice from human rights lawyer straight away. The very next day, the link I had posted on her timeline had been removed?! All the previous links and posts I had posted on her timeline had also been removed. My daughter had never removed my posts before. Furthermore, she also blocked me from posting on her timeline altogether. Something just doesn’t seem right. I therefore believe someone has influenced her decision. This is when the police guidance, as seen in the image below, comes in regarding “controlling and coercive behaviour.”

This further solidifies my belief that they have their agents to infiltrate my daughter’s social sphere to suppress the truth, extract information, manipulate, gaslight and control her, thereby preventing her from receiving crucial information about potential harm and seeking protection.

This directly interferes with my ability to protect my daughter and demonstrates their reach and determination to control narratives and individuals connected to me.

This conduct constitutes a further invasion of privacy, interference with family life (Article 8 ECHR), and an attempt to obstruct justice by preventing me from warning a potential victim.

“In the majority of stalking cases, secondary victims will be identified. Although stalkers may stalk more than one person at a time, this question relates to associates of a primary victim. Stalkers will involve third parties for several reasons, principally to upset the victim (ie by involving or targeting the victim’s children), to obtain information on the victim, etc.).

Thus, it demonstrates that their actions are not accidental or coincidental but are deliberate and calculated, using known psychological manipulation tactics.

When Privacy Becomes a Weapon

Understanding Image-based Abuse Under the Sexual Offences Act 2003

The right to privacy is not a privilege — it’s a fundamental human right. Yet for many victims of voyeurism, illegal surveillance, and image-based  abuse, this right is routinely violated in the most degrading ways imaginable.

Under Section 66(b) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, it is a criminal offence to share or threaten to share an intimate photograph or film of a person without their consent. The law recognises several situations in which a person is considered to be in an intimate state — including acts of a sexual nature, exposure of genitals or breasts, urination or defecation, and any act of personal care related to those functions.

In short, the law is clear: recording or distributing such material without consent is a form of sexual abuse.

What Counts as an “Intimate State”?

The College of Policing guidance defines it precisely. A person is in an intimate state if:

  • They are participating in or engaging in a sexual act;
  • They are doing something a reasonable person would consider sexual;
  • Their genitals, buttocks, or breasts are exposed;
  • They are urinating or defecating; or
  • They are carrying out personal care associated with those acts.

These definitions capture not only overtly sexual acts but also moments of bodily vulnerability — the private routines we all expect to perform in absolute privacy.

The Role of Intention and Harm

According to Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) guidance, a crucial element in prosecuting these offences is intent to cause alarm, distress, or humiliation. This is why victim impact statements are vital — they communicate the devastating emotional and psychological effects of these violations.

When Harassment Becomes Psychological Torture

In my own experience, this abuse manifests through constant reminders that my privacy has been invaded — often in ways that appear choreographed to humiliate.

There are times when, immediately after I engage in a private act such as using the bathroom, some individuals outside begin chatting loudly, or a housemate exits / returns to the property as if on cue. These synchronised acts, repeated over time, send a clear message: you are being watched.

Such experiences go far beyond harassment. They are psychological tactics designed to reinforce powerlessness and fear, to make the victim feel that even their most private bodily functions are subject to surveillance and mockery.

The Human Cost

The emotional impact of these invasions cannot be overstated. To know or even suspect that one’s most intimate moments have been observed, recorded, or broadcast — and then weaponised to cause humiliation — is to live in a constant state of distress. It erodes dignity, safety, and trust in the world around you.

I have felt violated, degraded, and stripped of my humanity.

A Call for Recognition and Justice

This form of abuse — the deliberate exploitation of privacy through hidden surveillance, image-based abuse, and sexual humiliation — must be recognised for what it is: a serious sexual offence under UK law.

Victims deserve to be believed, protected, and empowered to seek justice. Law enforcement and the public must understand that these acts are not “pranks” or coincidences — they are orchestrated violations designed to cause trauma and control.

Privacy is sacred. The law exists to defend it. And silence only protects the perpetrators.

It Is Dangerous To Be Single Nowadays

After discovering the shocking truth that I have been sexually exploited in secret for years via hidden cameras and distributed as if I am their property, I want to warn all single women out there to quickly find a partner or live with someone. Especially if you’re a woman of colour like me.

Because I believe one of the motives that they are targeting me is because I live alone. No partner. No friends. No family. This makes me the perfect victim to exploit, abuse and discriminate against. Then, they apparently block my access to lawyers as well, so that I cannot stop the abuse and exploitation that easily. It’s a wake-up call, indeed.

If I didn’t experience this myself, I wouldn’t believe that these kinds of illegal practices even exit where hidden cameras are being unlawfully and secretly installed in your accommodation to secretly film you and everything you do without your knowledge or consent. Then, the illegal footage would then be distributed and/or live streamed to various places, including dark web, to make money on you like some kind of cybersex trafficking.

I still can’t believe that this is actually happening to me and even worst when it still continues despite pending legal actions.

Therefore, if you’re a single woman and live alone, particularly if you’re a woman of colour, please take good care of yourself. Predators are almost everywhere nowadays, disguising themselves in suit & tie, respectable professions, wealth, and the like.
