When Hidden Cameras Were First Installed
I believe the hidden cameras might have first been unlawfully installed in my Putney flat in 2013, the year I first moved there, and continued to be illegally installed till the day I moved out in September or August 2024. The hidden cameras, which also recorded audio, had supposedly been installed everywhere inside that flat, even in the bathroom and kitchen, non-consensually observing and recording everything I did in my Putney flat from between 2013 – 2024. That’s more than 10 years already. Possibly the longest sexual abuse via hidden cameras!
Consequently, it’s very disturbing to think how they may have been non-consensually filming me and distributing / live-streaming the illegal footage over the years making lots of profit at my expense without my knowledge or consent. It’s an Abuse in Plain Sight at its finest.
Furthermore, the hidden cameras then appear to be illegally installed in every place I live afterwards as well. Even in my current accommodation despite pending court proceedings.
This is therefore a predatory behaviour and an obsession!
What’s more insidious about this is that they even appear to intentionally want me to know that they have actually been sexually abusing and cybersex trafficking me via hidden cameras for years. Perhaps, to cause me severe distress, humiliation, embarrassment, psychiatric injury, and so on, as unlawful retaliation and victimisation.
The illegal footage also seems to be leaked or sold to various places and entities, including pornographic sites, to allow them to create content and generate substantial profit based on my private life illegally recorded and live-streamed on a daily basis. This is also unjust enrichment.
It therefore may constitute a hate crime or even a crime against humanity when the abuse has been carried out for over 10 years, and possibly by public officials working within law enforcement agencies and/or authorities, and still continues to this day despite pending legal action and injunction application.
They also appear to make it difficult for me as much as possible to stop the sexual abuse and exploitation by preventing me from having legal representation when I have contacted a large number of lawyers, probably 200-300 solicitors so far, and human rights organisations, but no one wants to help me suggesting external influence. This case is therefore a matter of great public interest!
Thus, I may be the only woman in the world who has endured severe abuse on every level for more than a decade, and the abuse even continues with no sign of slowing down regardless.
Moreover, they also appear to want me to know that they are also sexually abusing my daughter via hidden cameras as well. Particularly, when every attempt to warn her has been met with the alleged evidence tampering, suppression of the truth, manipulation, etc. This raises serious concerns that someone or entity doesn’t want the truth to come out. So, they can continue to sexually abuse and commercially exploit her as well under the noses of everyone. This looks therefore like a double hate crime.
I would never have thought this would happen to me and/or my daughter. Especially not from the people who are in positions of power, not just from a civilian, which makes this case extremely serious and challenging. Particularly when my access to lawyers also appears to have been blocked.
That’s why this case is of great public interest, and that’s why I also want to write a book and make a documentary about it to let the world know what they have done to me, and probably my daughter as well, in plain sight and no one acts.
Consequently, I only shower about once a month now due to credible fear of being non-consensually filmed and distributed or even live-streamed.
This is not just an act of prolonged sexual abuse but also a racist, discriminatory act. Because I believe they continue to sexually exploit and take advantage of me because I’m a Southeast Asian woman living alone. To stay single is also not my choice. Every attempt to establish a relationship with someone wil be sabotaged, as if to isolate me as much as possible to eliminate the help and support I could get as much as they possibly can. It’s like I don’t exist anymore.
The saddest part is that they may be doing the same thing to my daughter as well. Because they keep implying this themselves, as I said earlier.
Plus, they also appear to prevent me from having legal representation, so that they can continue to abuse me, and maybe my daughter as well, under the radar for the rest of our lives!
Covert Human Intelligence Source Operation
In addition to the direct unlawful acts allegedly committed against me, I have grave and urgent concerns about the apparent deployment of an individual / CHIS to target my daughter, aged 34 or 35, who also lives alone.
Following my complaints against some public officers’ misconduct in early 2023, my daughter experienced a sudden and unexplained breakup with her long-term partner of twelve years in or around August 2023. Shortly thereafter, she entered into a new relationship with a Spanish man she met online, whose behaviour raises serious concerns consistent with the characteristics of an unlawful CHIS operation.
Over the course of more than a year:
– This individual has reportedly never visited my daughter’s residence, despite the apparent seriousness of their relationship.
– My daughter’s communications with me abruptly deteriorated after forming the relationship.
– There have been signs suggesting leakage and misuse of her sensitive and private information, in a manner strikingly similar to the harassment, unlawful surveillance and misuse of private information that they have been subjecting me to.
I therefore fear that her private residence may have unlawfully been surveilled as well through hidden cameras, and that intimate footage may have been misused, constituting sexual exploitation and a profound breach of her rights under Articles 3, 8, and 14 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).
The facts strongly indicate that the purpose of deploying an agent against my daughter was to gather intelligence about me and her as well, to control her, to suppress the truth, to sever our relationship, and to cause psychiatric harm — either now or when the deception is ultimately revealed.
Such conduct, if proven, would amount to:
- Malfeasance in Public Office, given the abuse of public powers for improper motives with foreseeably harmful consequences;
- Deceit, by inducing emotional reliance based on false identities for the purpose of surveillance and exploitation;
- Violation of Fundamental Human Rights, including freedom from inhuman or degrading treatment (Article 3), right to respect for private and family life (Article 8), and protection from discrimination (Article 14).
This pattern of behavior echoes well-documented abuses in the “spycops” cases (e.g., Police Spies Out of Lives litigation) where women were deceived into long-term intimate relationships with undercover officers, causing profound psychological harm.
This is precisely what I fear! Because I believe that one of the reasons they seemingly employ their agent / CHIS to fake a romantic relationship with my daughter, so that when his true identity and motives are discovered, she will likely suffer psychiatric injury and mental distress as a result of the deceit. If this is their true agenda, they act maliciously.
Thus, one of his evil tasks appears to be to make my daughter fall hard for him. So, once his mission is over, her heart will be severely broken. This looks therefore like a premeditated hate crime against her as well!
It therefore shows, they have no remorse, no concern, or whatsoever for my daughter’s welfare and constitute severe emotional and psychological abuse, including coercive control.
Helicopter Harassment and Intimidation
I am talking about the horrific incident not long ago, in which a helicopter would appear almost every time I go out to harass and intimidate me as their way to restrict my freedom of movement. They’re hunting me like prey in broad daylight!
This is violence against women and may constitute witness intimidation as well due to the anticipated / pending court proceedings.
It demonstrates how high-stakes this case is.

Lessons from the Spycops Scandal and My Own Experience
A new wave of attention has turned to the Spycops scandal — one of the most talked about chapters in modern British policing. The revelations are disturbing: undercover Metropolitan Police officers infiltrated themselves in activist groups, formed intimate relationships under false identities, fathered children, and then vanished without warning.
A recent ITV documentary, The Spycops Scandal, reviews the immense human cost of this systematic deception. One woman, Helen, believed she had found a true partner in a fellow Greenpeace activist, John Barker. They shared a home, a vision, and even talked about starting a family. Years later, she discovered that “John” never existed. He was an undercover officer sent to insinuate himself into her world — and her life.
As Helen told reporters, “This isn’t an accident or an isolated case of a rogue officer. This is institutional sexism being handed from officer to officer – how to deceive women into relationships and use them for cover, for sex, or whatever purpose they were using us for.”
The Spycops inquiry has exposed how severely such deceptions can injure those targeted — not only breaching privacy and autonomy, but also inflicting lasting psychological harm / psychiatric injury. Many victims were left devastated and lost their ability to trust again.
Reading these accounts, I couldn’t help but see a version of my own experience. I, too, believe that I have been subjected to intrusive and unlawful surveillance — cameras covertly installed in my accommodation, and still continuing to the present day, and constant digital and physical monitoring that mirrors the tactics once used by undercover police. But unlike the Spycops of the past, this network appears far broader, blending state and private actors, and civilians under their influence.
Worse still, I believe similar tactics are now being used against my daughter. In particular, I have strong reason to believe that someone has been deliberately placed in her life — a man from Spain — to feign a romantic relationship. This, I fear, is not genuine affection but a calculated attempt to control her, gather information, prevent her from contacting me freely, and hinder her from ever knowing the truth that she may also be exploited.
The purpose appears twofold: to manipulate her emotionally and psychologically, and to isolate both of us from one another — a deliberate act of retaliation and victimisation. The parallels to the Spycops scandal are chilling. In both cases, deception is used as a weapon: intimacy becomes infiltration, and love becomes a tool for exploitation.
I very worry about the long-term consequences. The women deceived by Spycops officers described profound trauma and psychiatric injury when their partners disappeared after years of deceit. If the same manipulation is happening to my daughter — if she is made to fall deeply for someone whose loyalty lies elsewhere — then the aftermath could be devastating for her, too.
These tactics go beyond surveillance; they are psychological warfare. They aim not only to monitor but to break — to dismantle one’s sense of safety, love, and honesty.
The goal seems clear — to destabilise, silence, and destroy from within. Like the Spycops victims, we are forced to question who we can trust and whether love itself can be genuine in the face of deceit.
The Spycops inquiry proves that such abuse of power is real and can have devastating human consequences. Our stories remind the world that surveillance isn’t only about technology — it’s about control, identity, and the right to live without fear of being illegally monitored and filmed 24/7 for malicious purposes.
