Life Goes On Even Under 24/7 Intrusive Surveillance

Living under constant, illegal and intrusive surveillance is something few can truly imagine. Every movement, every private moment, and even routine activities are potentially being observed, recorded, and analysed by individuals acting without consent. Despite this, life must go on. This morning, for example, I made myself a simple breakfast of fried eggs. It may sound mundane, but even in the shadow of ongoing unlawful surveillance, small acts like these are acts of autonomy and normalcy.

After breakfast, I returned to my legal work, amending my Particulars of Claim and my injunction application. These documents are vital to holding the perpetrators accountable, to seeking justice for the prolonged harassment, illegal surveillance, and misuse of private information I have endured for years. Each line I draft, each paragraph I review, is a step toward asserting my rights and reclaiming control over my life, even while under constant observation.

Maintaining a sense of routine, even under such extreme circumstances, is crucial. Cooking, reading, or simply organizing one’s day are small ways to push back against the constant pressure and intrusion. These acts reaffirm that despite attempts to intimidate or control, I remain fully engaged in my life and responsibilities. Surveillance is intended to create fear, disorientation, and compliance, but it cannot extinguish resilience or determination.

It is also a reminder of why my legal work is so important. Documenting the patterns of harassment, surveillance, and intimidation is essential, not only for the claim I have filed but also for exposing the broader misuse of power and technology in ways that threaten privacy, dignity, and personal security. Each step I take in preparing my case is both a defensive measure and a constructive action to restore accountability.

Life under 24/7 illegal surveillance is challenging, but it has not stopped me from pursuing justice or from maintaining the routines that sustain me. From the simplest pleasures—like frying eggs for breakfast—to the most complex tasks—like preparing court applications—I continue to assert my autonomy, protect my well-being, and move forward. Surveillance may watch, record, and intrude, but it cannot define the course of my life. I continue, deliberately and purposefully, reclaiming space for myself, the truth and justice.

Ongoing Witness Intimidation

Yesterday, 13 December 2025, I was actively  preparing and updating evidence, exhibits, an injunction application, and the Particulars of Claim concerning some of the Defendants.

Shortly after I had been working extensively on this case all morning, at approximately 12:44 pm, I observed aircraft markings in the sky resembling “lines” and “X” or “target-like” symbols. The timing of these incidents led me to perceive them as intimidating and retaliatory, suggesting to me once again that my online activities and communications are being illegally monitored at all times.

This incident is not isolated but forms part of the Defendants’ continuous and escalating campaign of cyberstalking, racial harassment, and psychological intimidation against me and my daughter. It demonstrates the Defendants’ persistent efforts to monitor, harass, and cause distress, directly contributing to the severe emotional and psychological harm suffered by me, as detailed elsewhere on my blog.

Later, at approximately 2:04 pm, a helicopter was observed flying at low altitude near my residence, as seen in the image above, shortly after the aircraft had drawn trick “lines” and “X” symbols in the sky earlier today.

At approximately 2:35 pm, another helicopter was observed flying at low altitude near my residence once again, coinciding with my preparation of further evidence concerning some of the Defendants, and following an unexplained knock at the door shortly beforehand.

I also observed aircraft continue to draw lines and marks resembling ‘X’ or ‘target-like’ symbols in the sky, as seen in the photos above.

At approximately 9:01 pm, immediately after I posted a link to my blog post on the social media platform X.com, I observed a police car drive past my window.

These incidents followed closely on the heels of my private legal preparation, including the drafting of:

– Injunction Application and Particulars of Claim;

– An update detailing how I believe my daughter may have also been sexually exploited via hidden cameras, and potentially by a Covert Human Intelligence Source (CHIS) planted in her life;

– The disappearance of my court evidence and documents from the Royal Court of Justice (King’s Bench Division) each time I attempted to apply for an urgent junction;

– The obstruction of my access to legal representation;

– A blog post exposing the use of “X” symbols and lines for intimidation, the deployment of elderly men to sexually harass me in retaliation for exposing wrongdoing and the ongoing harassment;

– Settlement offers to defendants, including film production companies who allegedly used my confidential information for profit.

The timing, symbolism, and coordinated harassment clearly demonstrate malicious intent to psychologically intimidate me, retaliate for my legal actions and interfere with court proceedings. This conduct continues despite my pending injunction application and court proceedings, demonstrating flagrant disregard for the law.

On Tuesday, 12 August 2025, a similar incident also occurred in which the aircraft had also drawn ‘lines’ and a ‘volcano-like’ symbol right outside my window. This happened the very next day after I privately raised concerns in my legal documents about the possibility that they may have sexually abused my daughter via hidden cameras as well. So, this is not an isolated incident. Clearly, there’s a pattern of behaviour going on.

Chapter 6: Time to Seek Justice

The day I opened the first draft of my legal documents, I remember feeling the same cold steadiness that comes after a long storm. But I said to myself: “This is it. Today’s the day. I have to do it or be tortured to death! I couldn’t let them do this to me and my daughter anymore. Enough is enough. I am going to stop this once and for all.”

I had gathered months of evidence, each screenshot, email, photograph, etc. My computer had become both a weapon and a witness. Every time I typed, I was not just writing — I was reclaiming what had been stolen: my voice, my story, my right to exist without 24/7 intrusive surveillance.

Still, I hesitated before naming names. I knew the scale of what I was confronting — powerful entities, global platforms, entertainment companies, and the like.

So I wrote carefully. Deliberately. Fact by fact. I numbered each paragraph of my documents ready to file, as if each line was a step on a staircase I was building toward daylight and freedom from torture.

I described what had been done to me and my daughter — which is shockingly still ongoing — the illegal filming, the manipulation, harassment, intimidation, the coded messages in advertising and posts, the psychological torment — not as chaos, but as evidence. I was learning the language of law, teaching myself to translate pain into proof.

It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done.

Privacy And Harassment Injunctions

The industrial-scale harassment, sexual harassment, invasion of privacy, commercial exploitation, reputational sabotage, hacking, phone tracking, intimidation, and human rights abuses just continue despite pending legal actions. It’s something I have to live with daily — constant reminders that my privacy has been invaded in every way possible and my safety compromised.

Furthermore, they also keep implying to me that they’re also doing the same thing to my daughter. It’s one of the most evilest thing I have ever experienced.

Earlier this year, I tried to apply for an injunction several times already. I submitted my documents and evidence to the King’s Bench Division through the secure Dropbox system provided for court filings. Each time, I followed the process carefully — yet somehow, my documents, including my injunction application and N1 Claim Form, simply vanished. They never reached the court. This happened not once, but two or three times, causing significant delays to my case and prolonging the harm I continue to suffer.

Now, I’m preparing to apply again as well as initiating court proceedings. This injunction is not just another filing; it is a vital legal step to protect myself & my daughter and to hold those responsible accountable. The ongoing obstruction of justice, harassment, intimidation, invasion of privacy, voyeurism, hacking, cyberstalking, phone tracking, and misuse of my private information have taken a serious toll on my wellbeing.

The injunction represents more than just paperwork — it’s about survival, dignity, and the right to live without fear. Everyone deserves to feel safe, to be free from harassment and invasion of privacy. And when that safety and right to privacy are taken away, the law must step in.

I’m sharing this because no one should have to face harassment in silence. If you’ve experienced similar obstruction or intimidation, know that you’re not alone — and that persistence matters.

This application is my way of standing firm, refusing to be silenced, and demanding the protection and justice I should have received long ago.
