About me

I’m Buppha – a writer, filmmaker and actress. I share my personal, horrific experience with racial and sexual harassment, decade-long illegal surveillance and misuse of power to advocate for justice, equality, truth, fair trial and human rights. My work focuses on exposing hidden illegal enterprises operated by powerful individuals, public officials and politicians to drive systemic change.

Because I am also a victim of ongoing, prolonged and intrusive surveillance, intimidation, organised harassment, voyeurism, cybersex trade, violence against women, hate crime and crimes against humanity, for instance. My perpetrators, who are state actors (Both the UK and Danish State Actors. But there may be more public officials from other countries as well, who are acting in concert with the UK and Danish State Actors), have subjected me to a decade-long illegal surveillance by unlawfully installing hidden cameras and audio recording devices in every place I have lived and now live, non-consensually filming me 24/7, live-streaming, distributing and sharing the non-consensually recordings to various commercial entities, pornographic websites, writers, producers, film directors, film studios, tech executives, tech platforms and many more for substantial personal financial gains and unjust enrichment.

But I wasn’t aware that they have been sexually abusing and exploiting me via hidden cameras and mass distribution of my private materials & private life unlawfully taken with the hidden cameras for years in secret, probably since 2013. I first began to find out in late 2024.

I believe the hidden cameras might have first been unlawfully installed in my Putney flat in 2013, the year I first moved there, and continued to be illegally installed till the day I moved out in September or August 2024. The hidden cameras, which also recorded audio, had been installed everywhere inside my Putney flat, even in the bathroom and kitchen, non-consensually observing and recording everything I did in that flat around the clock from between 2013 – 2024. That’s more than 10 years already. Possibly the longest sexual abuse and cybersex trafficking via hidden cameras! Because, as I said earlier, that the non-consensually recordings have also been live-streamed and distributed to various places for profit.

The state-actor defendants, including their proxy agents, in my claim also keep implying to me that they are doing the exact same thing to my daughter as well, who is approximately 35 years old, and also lives alone. This is therefore not just sexual abuse, voyeurism and cybersex trade but also a sex trafficking ring, organised crime, money laundering, large-scale corruption, a double hate crime, violence against women and crimes against humanity when they also target my family, and because they are public officials who are breaking the law themselves.

I believe this amounts to the longest cybersex trafficking (Voyeurism, Image-based Abuse & Modern-day Human Trafficking) in the world — an abuse that has continued unabated despite my repeated complaints, pending court case and an injunction application

Moreover, every day, I also face deeply distressing acts of sexual and racial harassment on such an industrial scale both online and offline, psychological intimidation and sexual humiliation, mental abuse, psychological abuse, coercive control, targeted discrimination, and hidden death threats both against me and my daughter. The extent of these violations represents not only a personal crisis but also a serious breach of fundamental human rights. Therefore, this case is of a huge public interest!

Despite the severity of what I’m experiencing, I believe I’ve been systematically denied access to legal support. As a result, I’ve had no choice but to represent myself (litigant in person) and fight for my rights alone. This has placed me at a profound disadvantage. The state-actor defendants also illegally monitor all my devices, online activities and communications – even in the real world because everyone I talk to will be asked to pass on everything I said to them to the state-actor defendants, suggesting a severe abuse of power – have been illegally monitored and listened to at all times to prevent me from seeking help so they can gain the upper hand, control the narrative and continue to violate my and my daughter’s rights under the radar, and I believe these constitute a serious violation of my right to a fair trial — protected under Article 6 of the Human Rights Act 1998.

I now suffer from severe insomnia, chronic anxiety, stress, distress, constant left-side chest pain, chest palpitations, psychological trauma, PTSD, and constipation due to credible fear of being filmed while using the bathroom, as a result of the constant abuses. The impact on my health and wellbeing is devastating, and I am speaking out because staying silent is no longer an option when my life and my human rights are at risk!

I’m sharing my story here not just as a form of documentation, but as a call for help and solidarity. If you are a human rights lawyer, harassment specialist, or someone working with women’s rights / violence against women, human rights violations, tech abuse victims, or victims of image-based abuse — or if you know of any organisations who can help — I would be immensely grateful to hear from you.

Trying to find safe housing, seek employment, and prepare a complex legal case alone — all while enduring daily harassment, intimidation and 24/7 illegal, intrusive surveillance, including voyeurism — is overwhelming and unjust. This is hidden abuse taking place in plain sight, and I refuse to let it continue in silence.

They simply take advantage of me because I am a woman of colour, 54 years old and live alone.

I have extensively written about a range of illegal acts and human rights violations, including unlawful retaliation and victimisation, intimidation, including death threats, breach of privacy, misuse of private information, commercial exploitation on an industrial scale, blackmail, tech abuse, hacking, illegal human experimentation, abuse of power, and obstruction of justice. Because I view these issues as serious threats to individuals and democratic societies.

My storytelling combines personal testimony with broader social critique, aiming to empower victims, inform the public, and inspire legislative reform.

As a filmmaker, I have created several short films and am currently developing a documentary that details my personal ordeal. This project aims to expose illegal enterprises operating covertly, protect potential victims, and raise global awareness about the vulnerabilities ordinary people face when powerful actors operate without accountability.

My work is motivated by both my personal experiences and a dedication to the public good. I am committed to exposing the abuses I and potentially my daughter have endured, bringing to light injustices that often go unnoticed. Through my storytelling, filmmaking, and activism, I seek to prevent others from suffering in silence, protect future victims from similar abuse and exploitation, challenge institutional racism, call into question systemic wrongdoing, and inspire societal and legal change.

Thank you for reading and for standing with survivors of abuse who are fighting for justice alone.
