Banana Pancakes

I feel like trying something new and healthy today. So I make banana pancakes for breakfast. It’s simple. I just mix bananas with eggs. And that’s it. Then I fry them, like I fry pancakes. Then my banana pancake breakfast is ready. Simple, delicious, and healthy. I need to eat healthy food daily because I exercise regularly. So, healthy eating is a must for me in order to have enough energy to workout, to stay strong during and after the fitness, and to keep my weight stay balanced. I can see now, I have a little toned body than before. It looks good day by day. I don’t get out of breath walking up stairs either. I was before I began to exercise consistently. I become more aware of what I eat, how I live, what I do, how I feel, what I want out of life, and many more. I was also used to getting very upset or angry when I got rejected, things didn’t go as planned, didn’t get what I wanted, and so on. Now, I don’t really care. I just think, it’s not the end of the world. And I can just continue to be happy and positive like I always do. I don’t let the negative things affect my happiness and who I am. It’s just so simple. It’s a positive lifestyle that I choose to live. It’s incredible how exercise and yoga help improve my life & soul in so many levels. I feel truly beautiful inside and out.
