I feel like having Asian food for breakfast today. So, I make a noodle soup with meatballs for my early meal. I normally just have oatmeal, which is also a healthy food. And it’s quick and easy to prepare. But I have no more milk left. I like having a bowl of simple oatmeal by mixing oatmeal directly with milk and some fruits, then put it in refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Then my easy, delicious, healthy breakfast is ready. But yesterday, when I went out, I forgot to buy milk and fruits. So, I will just have noodle instead. It’s healthy as well. Noodle soup with lots of morning glory vegetable. I love water spinach, so. It’s one of my favorite vegetables. In Thailand, we believe that morning glory vegetable improves your eyesight and have several other health benefits. I think, it’s true. And I have been a fan of morning glory vegetable since I was young. But, it’s not only that. It tastes good, too. It tastes divine. Many who have tried it, just love it. Sadly, I don’t eat it very often because I can’t just buy it in normal supermarket. I have to go all the way to Chinatown in central London to buy it. They do sell it in some Indian shops in Fulham – not too far from where I live. But, I rarely go there. I have to buy other Asian ingredients anyway once I’m out to shop Asian produce, ingredients, sweets, etc. Then it’s better to go all the way to Chinatown in central London instead since everything I need is there. I have my breakfast on the terrace today. I rarely use my balcony for anything. But today, I feel like utilizing it for a change. It’s very relaxing, sitting on the deck having breakfast, getting some fresh air, and enjoying the view of the garden with trees, flowers, lawn, birds, etc.
