I found this video on facebook about pole dancing. Every point is so true! I couldn’t agree more. I go to pole dancing class once a week. And I can only say, it’s really good for my body & mind. It’s almost like yoga. I feel more and more confident with my body and with everything I do. My self-esteem also begins to increase. I’m not that young anymore. But, I can do the pole dancing anyway. I just start it bit by bit. So, everyone can do it. And the result is far more than good. It’s fun, makes you love your body more, no matter how thin or fat you are because it helps build your confidence, and many more.
