Dancing Class Day

Today, I don’t have any filming. So, I will go to dancing classes. I will attend 2 dancing lessons today. I have not danced for a week, I think, busy filming. And tomorrow, I will attend yoga classes – 2 workshops as well. My body & mind feel amazing, having exercised. I don’t have to go to the gym to workout. I love music, dancing, yoga, and martial arts. So, I can just dance, do yoga, Thai boxing, and similar, to keep my body fit and do what I like at the same time. There’s no need to force myself to go to the gym to get toned body, which is good for someone like me who doesn’t like going to fitness club. I don’t know. It’s just not me.

I have no food in my house, busy filming, have no time to do shopping, and no time to cook. Every time I have filled my fridge up with food, I don’t have time to cook it. Most of the time, I either eat on set or go to fast food restaurant, or grab a quick bite. So, when I, finally, have a day off my food gets bad. Then, I have to throw everything away. Therefore, it’s easier for me to just eating out. Like today, I have nothing to prepare for breakfast. So, I will have my early meal on my way to dancing classes.

But ideally, healthy eating should be my top priority, to get enough energy to do exercises. And, the best healthy meal is the food that you do cook it yourself with fresh ingredients. Well, London is full of places to eat that sell all kinds of foods anyway – healthy and not so healthy. There are meals for every taste and need everywhere around London. So, it shouldn’t be difficult for me to find a place to eat healthy food.
